On a serious note though try to keep things professional, I understand these kind of topics are sensitive to some people and there will be some controversial opinions stated that not everyone will agree with. That being said if things get out of hand I'll be removing posts that step over the line.

I should get myself involved. So here we go.

Lets start from the top. Yes I said to Shepard in that screenshot that Moxxi and Dwayne should have gone out together. They are 2 people who are extremely alike, especially when it comes to staffing. Both make extremely rushed decisions, tend to get angry easily, have a personal grudge list, pretty disrespectful at times, and many more. It only made sense that the 2 people who feuded for months and months and months be removed together, for they both were in the wrong. Any time a situation arose that concerned one, the other was quickly after it, and pushing for a punishment. It was unhealthy for the server to have a Founder and Superadmin continuously fight.

I now must separate this into 2 different sections, My Personal Feelings and My Responsibility as a Founder. Look, I like Dwayne a lot. I liked Moxxi a lot as well. Both were people that I could easily talk to and play games with. I enjoy having them both around. But at the end of the day my personal feelings can't get in my way. Which is something I've always brought to the table as a Founder. In a purely business decision, demoting Dwayne would be the smartest option. It really is. Just like removing Moxxi was the smartest thing for us to do.

I don't want to remove Dwayne. I didn't want to remove Moxxi. But at the end of the day, if I followed my feelings about what I want and don't want, I would be jobless, playing video games in my room all day with nothing to my name.

On another level, to those people that are fighting with each other on this thread. Let me ask you a question. Why are you fighting? Look I get that some people just disagree with eachother, but to fight over it is just dumb. You've got nothing better to do than to go back and forth with someone simply because you didn't like what they said. Or maybe you don't believe what they said. It's a little ridiculous.

And one more thing before I end this. Moxxi, love you man. But you didn't get demoted because of 2 people. You were on the ropes of getting demoted by Shepard for months. The events that occurred right before your demotion was the final push.

Because u heard people talking bad about a staff member doesnt show proper evidence theres no pictures or videos if this so called drop. This wouldn't even hold up as a staff report show me the evidence and I might change my mind but I wont let people who have HEARD bad things about staff say he's guilty with out evidence

I’m literally not here to change your mind I said “just my experiences” the point of this post is to have everyone explain their thoughts on dwayn me and agree / disagree on action being taken on Dwayne. I don’t need evidence it’s not like my vote is invalid is I don’t have evidence, not having evidence may make you un reliable but my vote still counts however you vote is up to you, when you see THIS MANY people having this many problems with Dwayne and you see in the screenshot Moxxi posted that Dwayne was supposed to be demoted anyway, something needs to happen.

My stance on this is -1. From my personal experience I haven't seen or heard Dwayne do any bad stuff. Dwayne does what he is supposed to as a super admin in my eyes. Yeah I know that I barely play on the server but still. I do not think that Dwayne deserves to be demoted.

I've also made 6 accounts on the change.org petition theres really no way to stop people from voting multiple times on it. This is a serious matter it shouldnt be handled on something like that

i have no actual proof of this one but i hear from someone i wont name here but if you want to know who ill tell you that chris wouldnt come back and dev the server if i was still here so

i was really demoted because of 2 people complaining
(im not saying ive never done anything wrong i 100% have but ive done nothing worse than dwayne so if im gonna be demoted atleast dont lie and say its because of what ive done when you havnt demoted him for the same or in some cases worse actions)

You have legit been the reason why like 20 people left the community. I haven't seen anyone leave because of dwayne. Log in your eye before the twig in dwaynes.

I have personally had multiple problems with Dwayne and he's had multiple problems with me. There have been multuple occassions where it had seemed like he took things I did and blew them out of proportion to get me in trouble, or didn't care for what I had to say to defend myself, and didn't let me speak for myself. I have given my utmost respect to all higher staff, and those who control the server. and If Dwayne denies any of my accusations, I have video proof, and Dwayne, Shepard, Moxxi, and others have seen it. It's an unlisted video I have of Dwayne overall disrespecting me and treating me very poorly. In my opinion, the only problem I have with Dwayne is his attitude, and yes it's hypocritical for me to say that, because sometimes I can cop an attitude, but I only have an attitude if someone sets me off. I'm a very optimistic person and I'm good with other people, I think I'm friendly and get along with most people. But with Dwayne, I seriously do avoid speaking with him because I don't want to have to deal with the fact that he can demote me by telling his fellow superiors that I did something wrong, If I hadn't recorded him speaking down to me, I wouldn't be a Gamemaster today, (Also Moxxi helped save my ass & I still appreciate him for that and I have the same amount of respect for him now). Maybe complete demotion isn't what's needed, but I think that Dwayne think's he's indestrucable because he's. . . Well. . . a Superadmin. And that's not fair. Staff should treat ech other with respect no matter the circumstance. I hope this get's resolved peacefully. And I swear to lord If I'm pulled into a teamspeak channel within this week about me "causing drama" or some garbage I'm gonna lose my marbles. This is just me giving my opinion. This is what forums are for. speaking truth and explaining our problems. Thanks!

-1 OHNO FAERIE HAS BEEN BRAINWASHED!!!!! No. Dwayne does his job well. Did he spawn in an artifact and was that bad? Maybe yeah. If this really was a problem we all know Sheppy would be kicking Dwayne's booty. Personally, all the SAs work hard for the server and do a lot, so what if they get an artifact spawned in? They deserve it, they help keep the server running smoothly and manage 20+ staff and 500+ players. Yeah its cheatsidoodling, but without bias can't you appreciate the work they do to keep the server up and going and just let an artifact slide? If it were you, you would think you deserve an artifact for months of hard work too. Personally, I think if this were about Croc or Charger -the more liked SAs (sorry Cause <3)- no one would care but because it's about the hardass one, there's controversy. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The point is if he did indeed spawn in a artifact how do you think the other players feel? If he allowed to spawn in artifacts everyone should.
Im sure he does his job but Not Spawning in items for personal gain is apart of the job.
