Dwayne Demotion Petition

Me and a group of people have decided to make a petition to get Dwayne demoted for his actions as a Super Admin. This petition has been approved by Shepard and is allowed to be shared on the forums ONLY! DO NOT SHARE THIS PETITION ANYWHERE ON THE SERVER! DO NOT ALSO SHARE THIS AROUND IN PRIVATE DMS! I donated $100 to the server for Dwayne to give me a crystal under the name "Hatred of the Fates" and he gave me the crystal and all but he then immediately spawned the item back in after I already got the item from him. I bought the item from him because 1. I like the crystal and 2. It was a 2 of 2 thing. I was sorta bothered by it and told Shepard, he said if I wanted he would make Dwayne give it up but I didn't because I didn't want a target on my back from Dwayne. Shepard also mentioned that he would not sell the item or give it away to anyone else. 2-3 weeks pass and he sells it to Vickolas for 25 mil to break the alliance with the Sith.
Dwayne also warned me the other day because I accidentally put "Vickolas is a Snake" in OOC instead of Advert. I also then put in chat that I didn't mean to say that in OOC. Dwayne still warned me for "staff diss." People have said way worse and not been warned so.

Dwyane sounds like a really nice guy anytime I talk to him but if this is true its a +1 from me.

Super Admins Should have no more RP rights than any other player on the server.

If this flys then everyone should be able to spawn artifacts in.

I have personally had multiple problems with Dwayne and he's had multiple problems with me. There have been multuple occassions where it had seemed like he took things I did and blew them out of proportion to get me in trouble, or didn't care for what I had to say to defend myself, and didn't let me speak for myself. I have given my utmost respect to all higher staff, and those who control the server. and If Dwayne denies any of my accusations, I have video proof, and Dwayne, Shepard, Moxxi, and others have seen it. It's an unlisted video I have of Dwayne overall disrespecting me and treating me very poorly. In my opinion, the only problem I have with Dwayne is his attitude, and yes it's hypocritical for me to say that, because sometimes I can cop an attitude, but I only have an attitude if someone sets me off. I'm a very optimistic person and I'm good with other people, I think I'm friendly and get along with most people. But with Dwayne, I seriously do avoid speaking with him because I don't want to have to deal with the fact that he can demote me by telling his fellow superiors that I did something wrong, If I hadn't recorded him speaking down to me, I wouldn't be a Gamemaster today, (Also Moxxi helped save my ass & I still appreciate him for that and I have the same amount of respect for him now). Maybe complete demotion isn't what's needed, but I think that Dwayne think's he's indestrucable because he's. . . Well. . . a Superadmin. And that's not fair. Staff should treat ech other with respect no matter the circumstance. I hope this get's resolved peacefully. And I swear to lord If I'm pulled into a teamspeak channel within this week about me "causing drama" or some garbage I'm gonna lose my marbles. This is just me giving my opinion. This is what forums are for. speaking truth and explaining our problems. Thanks!

+1 I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with Dwayne and hearing him spawning in artifacts after someone buys them pisses me off. He’s extremely mingey/toxic and is very very disrespectful to players / has an attitude that he’s above everybody else and can do whatever he wants

i don't play on the server anymore, but when i did, dwayne was incredibly mingey and somewhat abusive. tons of issues have arisen because of him.


btw, i don't think dwayne is a bad guy, i just kind of think that dwayne shouldn't be in the position he's in. instead of being kicked off of staff, maybe demote him to admin or sr admin and make him earn his way back to his spot?

Gonna have to be a -1 from me, idk how hes been since I've been gone but from when I was last on the server he was a good dude. You had a option to do something about that and decided not to then I'm assuming after you got that warn you ended up making this. Ik how Dwayne can be sometimes but I don't believe he should be demoted at the moment (again idk how hes been since I've been gone besides this) but if he continues to do stuff like this then I would support it as no staff should be doing this, a option was given about the crystal and you said no and now this is here at least from what I have read. But as I see it right down, the positives that he has done and the negatives he has done has evened each other out, this is his wakeup call if he doesn't "wake up" as in doing stuff like this again then I will support.

If this really was a problem we all know Sheppy would be kicking Dwayne's booty. Personally, all the SAs work hard for the server and do a lot, so what if they get an artifact spawned in? They deserve it, they help keep the server running smoothly and manage 20+ staff and 500+ players. Yeah its cheatsidoodling, but without bias can't you appreciate the work they do to keep the server up and going and just let an artifact slide? If it were you, you would think you deserve an artifact for months of hard work too. Personally, I think if this were about Croc or Charger -the more liked SAs (sorry Cause <3)- no one would care but because it's about the hardass one, there's controversy. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Ok I’m sorry but you saying he deserves to have the artifact spawned in because he’s a super admin on the server pissed me off... just because he’s a staff member doesn’t mean he should get to fuck everyone else over, heart of the fates there were only 2 in existence so imagine working extremely hard and trading up for 4 months straight or much longer just to get one, or in this scenario you spend $100 to get it and after selling it to you he spawns another one in. And then sells the other one he spawned in as well. Now your hard work is for nothing and you got scammed $100 because the crystals not as rare and is gonna drop way the hell down. This wouldn’t piss you off? Just because he’s a super admin doesn’t mean he should be spawning in artifacts and selling them to players ruining the economy, and fucking everyone over. This didn’t happen to me but again I’d be pissed if it did and I am sympathetic for the person who this happened to. This is NOT ok. A staff member isn’t someone who does something for rewards/there aren’t any benefits. It CLEARLY states and everyone CLEARLY knows that you have no benefits over normal players.
