You do realize that this isn't the only thing hes done right? Miles said that in his opinion, he thought that both, Moxxi and Dwayne, should've been removed together. Just a guess, but it was probably because they both did things that were wrong. If the only punishment given to Dwayne is a slap on the wrist then how will he learn to not do it again. That's probably why it was able to get to this point of abuse. All hes ever gotten is slaps on the wrist.
Listen ive been here alot longer than you i know what dwaynes done ive dealt with it once but hes not a bad person quite a few days hes helped me with staff when i was staff he can and normally is quite helpful so thats why they probally havent demoted him yet
Whoever’s been here longer has nothing to do with the situation, the matter of the fact is we have problems with what Dwayne’s doing and how he’s been handling his powers. People change and situations change, just because you’ve been here longer than us doesn’t mean whatever you say is factual/current
To add onto that. Dwayne's personality or quality of a human being has nothing to do with the situation either. I have plenty of friends that are chill af to hang out with but they're literal idiots that i would never want to have in my group when doing a group project. In this case, Dwayne isn't the same as before

Yes, he does his job. I think we can all agree with that. However, this peition and I think most of the comments are about how he does it carelessly with the mindset that there are no repercussions. And why wouldn't he? According to Miles he's had a history of being immature and causing conflicts and was on the verge of demotion along with Moxxi. He got out of this with 0 consequences. People complain and he gets 0 consequences. He spawned in an artifact (Duping an item) and sold it to benefit the jedi. (Confirmed this with the EE Emperor) If he gets out of THIS with 0 consequences as well, where will it end? We're not saying he doesn't do his job, he can be a good super admin when he needs to be but something needs to happen to show him he's not invincible as he seems to think he is, if that happens, I think the community as a whole will be much happier with Dwayne if he changes due to the consequences.
