Brief overview of the position(s): As an MRP Admin, I was the second in command of Human Resources where we were tasked to train new members of the staff team, accept/deny staff apps, and to watch over all staff members if they’re doing something wrong. The Moderator positions were all similar where you have to handle reports.

Why should we support your application, and what makes you more qualified than other players? (Please elaborate - minimum effort will not be tolerated):
I should be chosen to become staff than the others for many reasons. I have a decent amount of experience and knowledge about staffing. I’m familiar with the basics of the commands, rules, etc. I’ve staff’d on Reborn Gaming before and I know the rules very well and the commands as well, I knew how to handle every sit there was and I even asked some help by other staff members if needed. As a staff member, I will strive to be a role model on the server that stands out as a hard worker on the staff team. I’m always calm in every situations, I never burst out and go out of control, I know how to control my behavior and not look like a maniac towards others. I always loved to staff, it was always my passion. I have many strengths, one of them is me being respectful towards others. I don’t see a point to be disrespectful towards others as it doesn’t improve anything and just shows how disrespectful you are towards other people. I can show my dedication to the staff team by showing that I’m competent, being active in my position, and being mature. I handle everything with an unbiased perspective and a thorough understanding of everything. I handle sits with fairness to make sure the parties in the sits gets the same treatment and it ends with a respectful manner. I always keep a mature attitude at all times so I can show others that I'm devoted to my role. I can be trusted as a player and a staff member to follow the rules and be overall not stupid. I take my staff duties seriously and mature, I don’t want the other players to see me as an incompetent staff member. I'm able to record while I'm on and off duty so if I'm in a situation where I need to give my evidence, I have it right there. My activity has been very well in the server, on the forums, and with the community. Thanks for reading my staff application.
