I thought it would be interesting to see what kind of cars every one is into.

Looking to upgrade here soon as the DD are showing some wear. Looking to replace my 2008 Suburban LTZ with a comparable SUV. it gets 16mpg can tow anything i got 6.1 liter v8 and that soccer mom tv for the kid. This is tbe problem child in the family spending as much money a month om repairs as its payment.

So i do not want another Suburban, was looking at the new Grand Cherokees as their platform is the old mercedes ml 320.

give you an idea of my taste.

The last car I bought was a 2011 Chevy Malibu LTZ for the wife. Not fancy car at all. i consider this a common car, but extremely reliable drives smooth and pretty quiet.

Now for the weekend warriors I have a 80s Camaro with a few modifications such as a hot cammed L98 with old school ported world products sportsman ii heads. a 6 speed t56 transmission, carbon driveshaft and 3.27geared 10bolt Axle with chrome molley axleshafts. The bad thing is it went under the knife in march and I neglected to put it all back together. Needs exhaust and electric along with the intake reinstalled. it makes 390hp to the wheels and with good tires is in the low 12s in the quarter mile.

We have a old school Jeep as well. 89 Wrangler with the AMC 4.2 liter inline 6cyl and Ax15 5speed manual. Got this for my wife as a surprise present as she always wanted a cool JEEP. It is the beefy YJ, still very much amc. Tuff 242 transfer case. new exhaust and ported stock head. never took it to a dyno but the first 2 gears it is a fireball.

was going to buy a miata but i see over the windshield and have to squeeze cheeks to fit.

My current car is a 2015 Ford Focus ST, great, quick (not fast), reliable, good MPG.
Mine is the red one
My dream car, a little old is a 2014 Ford Mustang GT500 in either the red or the grabber blue.1405

the focus is pretty rad as a DD

atm Tesla is out of my price range

want a luxurious, safe and reliable big car though. Jeep is definitely too small, disappointed in its reviews.

whatever happened to the dodge magnum...

they are making new tesla around 50k so not so bad for normal people, its cheaper in the long run gas hurts the wallet

My current car is a 2007 Audi A4 that I got for $3,500. I spent around $1500 on repairs and it drives faster and more reliable than any other car I’ve owned in the past, including a 2011 Chevy Tahoe and a 2015 Buick Verano. Highly recommend Audi’s if you can find affordable ones they will never do you dirty.

This would be my choice if i had no responsibilities....i would have to sell the weekend warriors and downgrade the suburban...but i have wanted to get one since they were released again...i rent them whenever i get the chance on vacations
