Additional Info if there is any: This was after a sit with Ben (Royal Mobster), at the end of the sit he was not able to control himself and was already showing his toxicity. I went down into the DC chambers after this, not knowing he was down there. I didn't even say anything to him and then he threatened to kill me again, to which I said you can't do that because it was against the rules. He became agitated again. I asked him why and it devolved into toxicity coming from his end.

I'm sorry chief this isn't a legal situation, if that was the case recording video games on youtube would be gone.

To be fair, as stated, the video is allowed to be recorded, you do not have legal right over your voice when playing gmod, So he is allowed to record you, also, if you are not in the wrong in any way, him having a video of it would be good proof to back up your side of the story so I don't see what harm there is in having a video of you. Also, if you were confused about a rule then it's fine, we all get that from time to time, it's best to get clarity or read over the rules, I keep a bookmark of the rules if I need to look over something.

While you don't need to read over the rules constantly, if a situation occurs, the rules are laid out in a nice way to be able to refer to them at all times, it was unprofessional to say that you don't read over the rules constantly, while I know it's a term of phrasing you need to understand that the position your in requires professionalism, a simple apology and advising you will read up on the rule would havce sufficed.from looking at this, you did come off as quite rude theseus. especially with the "shush staff talking" this wasn't a staff situation at the time, it was a discussion, there was no need to shush him, he wasn't exactly talking over you very much.

I appreciate you were saying you made poor wording, but the words we use are extremely important, as staff, we represent the server and when we are talking about situations we need to know what we are saying is correct and accurate. From this evidence, I +1 this report.

I haven't been able to watch the video since I'm still at school and my school's wifi blocks youtube but I will make my vote when I get home. If we decide to do something about this, I think the worst that should happen is to go through retraining or at-least being sent through some sample sits set up by other staff and taught how to handle certain situations.
