this is the dumbest shit ive ever read. even tho the OT was already planned, they could have just postponed the OT and gave the new emp a chance anyways. not postponing it just shows how much of a power grab it was and not actually an attempt to make the sith better. the sith dont need some dumbasses gaining power to become better. we need some actual people who know wtf they are doing and are willing to put in the effort to make it better

you guys, macklin included, whining that we aren't giving macklin a chance have no ground to stand on. you guys just wanted to take a position of power just for the fuck of it, not because you wanted the sith to be better, not bc you hated the emp.

this whole thing makes me want to kill myself a million times over and over

(also i dont give a shit if this is toxic, this whole community has been a toxic fucking mess and im tired of it)

To everyone trying to look for someone or something to blame doesn't really help the Sith at all. This seems like one of those situations where a high staff or at least someone who knows what they are doing should be put as Emperor, because the bar really needs to be raised here for the Sith to do better. And when this kinda stuff happens that's the executive's job on the server.

If it were Moxxi though I feel like it would do more harm than good.

You understand that we didn't get power from nothing? Actually Overthrowing is the easy way to snatch power, so don't act like it gives some moral highground to win a overthrow. The argument is that Macklin will kill the Sith because he put himself, somebody who has no experience whatsoever as a high-rank within the Sith faction. We all know that right after he got Emp he went straight to Moxxi and asked him for help because he had no idea what he was doing. Midas was going to be a decent Emp if not great, Macklin will fail and get overthrown. The fact that ya'll do not see the factor that you are killing a faction because of your pathetic decisions is killing the Sith as is.
