I bring real-world management experience from previous jobs, where I learned how to lead, stay organized, and communicate effectively. I’m also highly motivated, reliable, and committed to learning everything I can to succeed in this role.

My main focus is conflict resolution—finding a fair outcome that satisfies all parties when possible. If a resolution isn't clear, I would collaborate with fellow staff members to determine the best course of action based on the rules and server standards.
