Just thought a few people who no longer play but still look at the forums should know, Demoted due to "Complete Abuse" (report name) and inactivity. https://reborngaming.net/forums/threads/complete-abuse.2584/#post-29709 (The Report). Although I do want it to be known unlike what the SAs say, I still served the GM team during my offtime of the server, by consistently training and helping the GM team and even approving and helping the Trials with their events while I was on, feels a bit unfair to just go off with the statement "Reported, Inactive and Useless" Also, I had no idea she was under 18, chill.

wait, who was under 18...? Also, I have seen some abuse from you and also a lack of events. But you have never ceased to help the server out when players needed you and you were dedicated to Reborn and never fucked with anybody or abused your powers to an extent of toxicity or harmness. I hope to see you soon dude.

Sigh, for an official statement you weren't demoted because of the report, that only gave you a staff strike, you then continued to say "Whatever, staff strikes are pointless anyways, if you're just going to give me one just move me out already because they are useless." Your attitude was the reason for your demotion, the HA+ have come to an agreeable decision that the attitude and the fact you just came off of probation would be useless to put you back on it. It was the the complete agreeance of the high staff team to remove you from your position. We thank you for what you did for the GM team and the events you held.

There's nothing to -2 he is stating why he got demoted, while I don't think Spectre was the most active at least he came to staff meetings and gave his opinion. Thank you Spectre for being GM while I never met you and don't remember doing anything to big in your events because I never go to events I hope we can slay some Sith again on Tat together with the other RT again.

When you open with "Just thought a few people who no longer play but still look at the forums should know" is an opening to an informational piece I don't understand why he can't just state his side of what happened for some people who weren't on to understand where is coming from without having to sit there and sound like he is trying to get a rank back.

My quote was "I know why I was moved in here, I know that I shouldn't have done it and you likely moved me to tell me I have a staff strike, that's cool and all, but I believe they're pointless, are we done here or is there more?" there was no malice in what I said, only my opinion. After the HA said yeah, you can go, I asked a question about what punishments are given for what action, in which then Shepard unmuted and make a pretty malicious comment, so I left.

Overall the situation felt poor and rushed, but whatever, I didn't make this to argue.

The 18 thing was a joke lmao, but yeah, since about like 2-3 weeks ago my activity did decline, i'm sure anyone with 5,755 hrs on record for Gmod would have their activity drop, the SAs don't have access to the GM chat in which we post our LOAs though, so I can't really blame them for not knowing.
