DENIED Sparrow Ban Appeal

WHY WERE YOU BANNED?: I was not told, but I think it is because I was believed by someone to have been actively poaching for someone else's server
WHY SHOULD YOU BE UNBANNED?:

First of all, I understand how what I did can be seen as attempting to harm the server but I have always wanted the best for Reborn. I love Reborn, I've been playing it since 2018 off-and-on and never once have I wanted to harm the server health. Before I was banned today, I had spoken my interests to several people including Ja'kal. My goal was to revive the Sith by establishing solid org leaders and encouraging passiverp, hold more events to retain player interest, build relations within the community, and help the server through a rough patch in its playercount. Being banned today surprised me very much and it was even in the middle of an event I was hosting which had been planned for a couple days by then. I fully admit to sending an invite to the other server to jewfish which he had asked me for. I am known friends with Zev and Hyperius so I talk with them relatively often outside of Reborn. I do not control who Zev or Hyperius invites, they were relatively finished with Reborn so they did not care as much if they were to get banned. I still however enjoyed playing on Reborn both as a gamemaster and a player. I do not expect nor want to be re-given emperor if I were to be unbanned as I've heard and understand the grievances on how me becoming cabinet very quickly was unfair to the average player and the conflict it would occur if I were to replace dusk as emperor (which I do not want to do). When I was demoted from snrgm I admitted my wrong doings and attempted to do better, controlling my emotions and learning from my mistakes. I regret potentially pulling players away from reborn and swear to never do anything like it again. I've made many friends on reborn, those who would vouch for my character and I would hate to have to leave them. I hope that in reading this, you can forgive me for this and lessen my punishment so that I can return to reborn eventually and I will not complain if you revoke me of my rank, titles, or anything else.

+1 I did indeed ask to be invited to the server, never heard him talk about any servers or advertise anything ever unless I asked about something he followed every rule and does have good intentions for the server.

+1 Sparrow is a good and well-meaning guy. He's expressed dislike for self-advertisement to me in the past and cares for the Reborn community greatly.

+1 ive never heard sparrow talk to me or anyone else about the server. He has always meant well and it is apparent he cares about this community.

+1 Sparrow May had a lack of judgement call when sending the link to another reborn member. But the other player ask for the link. But he was one of the few gms to be on daily trying to cook something up for the players if he could. He was/is invest in the server if he is allowed back. Make this a harsh warning to him if this happens ever again that a ban appeal won't bring him back. I never had a wondering interaction with him that he wanted the server to be dead. Unlike the others whose wanted to poach players to another server. I think dialogue with Sparrow from one of the owners should be a deciding factor in this ban.

+1 In my opinion i believe that sparrow had no ill intent when sending the discord server link to the individual which did also ask for it which makes no sense why he would recieve a ban for it then if people arent allowed to ask for discord invites then it would just be negative for the server overall in my opinion.

You were banned for the countless previous infractions that led to your demotion from sr gamemaster, the everlasting growing tension between you and multiple active members of the community, the shady activity like screensharing other jvs servers only to stop the second an SA joins the call, then to top it off zev, hyperius, and you then all started sending invites to a discord of an unreleased star wars RP server that has had a total 6 people connect to it. The two owners, you, and a couple of others who were also banned. There is no point in tiptoeing around this situation. I feel the best move was to cut off the entire limb rather than risk parts of it poisoning the rest.

On top of this, you messaged me almost directly after saying "I will not appeal my ban", admitting guilt, then proceeded to delete the messages and put up an appeal anyways.

According to you I was banned for bug-abusing (using the relic str amp that didn't take away str), being toxic, and not knowing some of the rules as a GM (rolling against actions when captured) and maybe some other stuff I forgot. Why would you bring this up now when I did my best since then to improve and DID improve.

the only "tension" between players I know is dusk (your friend), xidant (friends with red), and red (who also send me the image below, how mature), you can easily see how many people I am friends with on the server and my goal is never to make enemies, when there was some drama between me and red I apologized and moved on after stating what I felt were problems that he had caused.)

banshee and I were share screening the server because we were both actively playing on it for a bit and wanted to see each others activities, I do not remember a superadmin joining the call and then me turning off the stream. I do not care if a SA watches me play a different server. I was also not promoting the server and I told people not to join it because I said I didn't like it that much.

I said in my ban-appeal I only ever sent the invite to one person and I have proof that is the case. I know that poaching players away from reborn is against the rules, if someone asks me for an invite and I send it that doesn't seem like a problem to me.

Also, we connected to the server because I am friends with him and he wanted to show us some stuff he made (the server discord was not even made at this point, edit: to add this wasn't originally going to be announced as a server at this point, just a area to test the helix framework and create additions to it). When we joined, the server was PUBLIC but not announced anywhere, the 6th person you banned was literally a random player that discovered the server on the server browser.

I feel the best move was to cut off the entire limb rather than risk parts of it poisoning the rest.

I don't want to have problems with anyone, I don't go out of my way to be an asshole, I don't attempt to loop hole rules. I don't make excuses for actions I'm guilty for, you know that. Please tell me how I "poison the rest" when your friend benny was so intolerable on Sith that he genuinly made people leave the server.

I sent that when I was first banned, thinking it was an entirely just ban, aswell as thinking there was no foul play. It was not so I deleted my message when I realized I had never actually caused a massive problem. Is there a problem with me putting up an appeal? I like the server, I've played on it for a while and people know me very well and would disagree with you saying I'm "poisoning the server" and I should be "cut off" for the good of the server.

I don't care if you don't want to make me staff or a leadership position, that's fine, but what is the problem with me being a straight up normal player?

This is my last response as this will just spiral and continue. You 100% do bend rules, you've done it to avoid having to abide by fearRP, you've done it to skyrocket through ranks, you've done it with equipment you knew was bugged and i trusted you not to abuse, you continued using it after being told by Red and myself not to use it, it goes on.

As for the tension, the players I was speaking of were not Red, Xidant, or Dusk for that exact reason. I know you dont like them and I know they don't like you. However, they are not the only people to feel tension with you.

And as for the streaming another server, we do not care if you play other servers either. What we care about is when one of our GMs is screensharing another server, and when someone joins, you stop, and then start almost immediately after they leave. Then I get reports of zev and hyperius blatantly promoting their server to our members. A server you are gamemaster on and was previous senior gamemaster until you were demoted due to guess what, the tension, toxicity, and consistent mistakes on your end. You didnt report them, you never made an effort to make anyone aware of what you knew was going on.

There were 5 total bans, zev, hyperius, zevs alt account that connected 2 days prior to him advertising, you, and infernosson.

You claim Benny made things insufferable and yet this is the absolute first im hearing about it. In fact, the only time you guys stopped getting along was as soon as he stopped getting along with Zev. And that is what I mean by poisoning the rest. If Zev and Hyperius are the only ones banned, whats to stop you from in the future deciding youre bored with reborn and do what they did but worse as you are a Gamemaster with abilities they did not have. There is absolutely 0 reason to only ban zev and hyperius, when you clearly were not a fully innocent party and you would only continue to cause issues. You've shown a pattern of behavior to every single higher up, not just me.
