First of all Shepard dont play the server for a day and change stuff you dont like.
Revification before: Tick = 20 Healing Force = 4
Revification after: Tick = 10 Healing Force = 8
I have 517 force and in 16 seconds all my force is gone for what like 500 health this is not right @Shepard put revification back to normal.

He might have been trying to balance healing in general due to the overall hp and damage reduction

I think this was done because there was a lot of people who have been using the AOE as a self healing system when running away and from what I am seeing with the stats is that this is doing a good job from keeping people from doing that and actually using the heal for its intended purpose of healing others and acting as a support thing not a life line.

Okay, so I have max force which is about 700ish force, so I can use this ability about 87 times. That's 870 health to use your entire force bar as a force user. In combat as a force user you rely heavily on force powers to assist you in combat and taking breaks to regain your force should be put down to the minimum. When you run out of force from using an ability this fast you'll quickly question why do we have this ability in the first place if it exists high in the tree only to eat away at your force.

To put into perspective how annoying this is for force users I'll state some stupid stats:

It takes 5 whole seconds for your force to start regenerating after using a force power.
You gain about 2 or 3 force per a tick of your force regenerating and it seems you get a tick or two a second.
For this we'll assume you gain 2.5 force a tick with 1 tick a second and you have a max of 700 force.
That'll take 280 seconds if you're regenerating alone, but 5 seconds extra if you add in the delay from using a force power to when you actually regenerate force. That's 4.75 minutes. Nearly 5 minutes of running around without the main ability of your build (force abilities) because you used an ability to gain 870 health. You also have to consider that as a force user you're quite slow in comparison to normal saber wielders, so there's hardly any way you'll be able to channel all of that force back nonstop without having to leap away (unless you want to die of course) so your true timer for regenerating all of that force is going to be all over the place because of the force taken away from each leap, perhaps some force used to get some health back with force vampire, and then the 5 seconds between using a force ability and actually gaining force back. Even if you got 2 ticks or possibly even 3 a second, the results are still that you're screwed because of how combat works out for force users due to their speed and reliance on the force.

With all of this in mind, I'm not stating that force users are underpowered or anything, but that this ability DRAINS your force and the consumption of force versus how much it heals definitely needs to be reevaluated if we want to keep this ability.
