Player Interview
Why should we support your application, and what makes you more qualified than other players? (Please elaborate - minimum effort will not be tolerated):

I am more qualified than other players because I have experience managing people during my day job as well my calm and kind attitude. I will provide a refreshing and friendly attitude to the staff team, I am good at working in teams and logging information. I was accepted as a trial-gamemaster however the Gamemaster team believes that I am more well equipped to be on the actual staff team instead. I am very familiar with the server rules and expectations that are put onto the staff members. My schedule is sometimes a bit odd, however I firmly believe that this can help the server as I can be on at multiple different times depending on the day of the week.

I have extensive experience working with google docs and sheets if I am ever needed to log or jot down notes or information. I also have run and been a moderator for multiple teamspeak servers and have worked with the teamspeak software daily for the past 6 years. I am never afraid to learn new things and always ready to help others right away.

Overall I feel that me being a moderator is a "no-brainer" I am a friendly user on the server and only wish to see the server succeed. I have had no warns or run-ins with staff, I always follow the rules, and I constantly encourage others to do so. Officially being a staff member would give me the proper authority and ability to do things that I already do, as well as provide a lot of help to the staff team and complete the expected daily duties of staff members. This server is like a home for me and I want to help it grow and stay around for as long as possible.

Thank you for taking the time to read!

+2 Keep yourself refreshed on the rules as they are being edited and added almost every other week.

Other than that I like the idea of you trying out administrative staff.

As Gamemaster you didn't really keep up to your responsibilities. I did not see one event from you what so ever. The question is, are you going to hold the duties as staff member and not get lazy with it? And your activity has been iffy lately. I rarely ever see you around.

Good points from everyone. My activity has been less than it normally is because of some medical responsibilities for this past week. I do plan to carry out the staff duties expected of me if I do in fact become a moderator.

@Cruen I don't think you read my application. Not bored of GMs at all, but most of the Sr. Gamemasters are pushing me to apply for staff instead.

I appreciate all of the votes and feedback, regardless of being positive or negative. Like I said, I do plan on increasing my activity to be back to how it was a couple weeks ago. I just had to focus on my health for a bit there and take a step back.

I can and will admit that I did not push as hard as normal while I have been on my GM trial, as I have had some issues with my mental stability and was a bit anxious about being at the head of an event. However, I did help with a few raids and I hosted multiple rp focused events including puzzles and riddles as well as an npc assault on the jedi a few times.

With all of that said, I still would like a chance at being on the staff team and I do aim to prove to everyone that I have what it takes.

Again thank you for your feedback, please message me or post on here if you have any other feedback or thoughts on how I can improve. Thank you.

-1, Although a few find you to be very... special... I find most of these votes due to their favoritism and none to be unbiased. Off only what i've seen so far, my vote would stick to a -1, i'm currently getting back into the server and the few times i've been on I only hear "The MOTO is inactive", if you cannot run a high council position, I don't think you can support a staff role.

That is fair, however I have been MOTO for two days now and I have been on every night. I have a job that has to come first. Not sure who is saying I am inactive on Jedi, but I helped form and run a Sith vs Jedi event, been working with the council closely, ran the last JC meeting after I was voted up, also organized a full Jedi wide training.

I'd be a fool if I let 1 person change my entire perspective of a situation or person, it's a decent amount of complaints, but they're still there. I would consider myself quite a mingey and (not) toxic person, however i have won many votes for the sole reason that some people like me, I'm not saying that's your situation, but its an example of how people can get voted in even when they're not fit for the position. (Which is a problem with the entire server in general) I have assisted the old head gamemaster (R.I.P Crack) with training GMs successfully, and successfully (1st and 2nd reign) ran an empire. If these qualities justify ones claim to staff position, so be it, however I know off myself and old players on the server that these qualities "ain't it" and it takes more to be staff.

I never said it did. I was defending myself because you claimed I could not "run a High Council position", yet I was fairly voted up and been on everyday. Sorry I never type in chat and have a CC at the bottom so no one sees my name I guess. I am on Tython 99% of the time I am on and I am constantly talking to Jedi and open to answer questions, train, etc. You brought up that the MOTO has been inactive and claimed I cannot run it. We have not had a MOTO for weeks and I just got voted up saturday night. Still confused what all that post is for. You are claiming my JC work and position have nothing to do with being staff, but you were the one that basically said it did by saying apparently I suck.
