He shouldn't get special treatment with a mute if he is breaking a rule that is known to be a problem by him. There is a reason with warn on the second note. There is kids on the server that can be mature and live up to the rules.

"There is nothing biased against that people get warned if they bread the rules" is prob the most bullshit line I have ever seen, everyone slips breaking rules all the time, however this kid is on this watchlist and gets warned for saying the smallest lines like "This is stupid". Yes, I have over 20, so does Zati, we both have staff members that want us banned and will go out of their way to try and warn us. I am known to break rules all the time, I minge and failRP, and guess what, I have the opposite situation, I don't get warned.
(P.S - That Macklin post you said was "Another useless post" has bloomed into a real player report)

+1 when its time to be seriouse RDE will get serious but I see people yell at him when he does try and they make fun of him for being young. Hes a good kid but you guys shouldn't bash him for being one. This might seem biased but if no one harasses him or yells at him he'll make a good rp story, I've seen it many times and I want it to continue.

If it was biased to warn someone as you said, then whats the point of having staff members. We can't work accordingly to watch one specific person. We have to watch over an entire server, that has 90+ players on. Rde has in my eyes never been on a watchlist, and I find it hard to believe any of the other staff members have too. Rde is not giving a flying f about the rules, and that's why he continue to break them. Eventually there will be harsh consequences for him. We can't have someone on a server who continues to break the rules, and think its okay "because hes younger" than others. So no, you're completely wrong here.

I am not claiming he hasn't broken any rules and that he should be treated lightly due to his age, I am saying that some members of the staff team treat him with less respect than the average player. I am not claiming it's bias to warn someone, I am claiming that there is a bias towards Rde and similar who are annoying, baited to break rules, and report others often.

If that is so that I might have misunderstood what you have said, then I do surely apologize.
If Rde were to feel that he has been treated unfairly, he should of have done like everyone else who feels they are getting warned for no reason, make an appeal or record the sits to have evidence of the situations incase it comes to a point where has been unfairly treated or warned.

-2 24 warns is so damn many to not realize that there is a problem and fix it, I am not the best player on the server by far, but I have a fat 0 warns because I learned my lesson after being spoken to and changed. I don't see any reason for this to go through other than people showing some pity.
[TLDR] Too many chances already

Regardless less or not Rde u still broke plenty of rules and dus i believe some sort of punishment is needed maybe a 2 week ban or so after some sorr of punishment u should really consider how u behave on the server because for the amount of time u are serious there are plenty of more times where u arnt if u want people to believe u that u are trying to change your mingy behaviour than prove it +2 to reduce the ban
-2 to remove the warn

Neutral, As much as I do think that Rde is annoying he can be a good kid at some points in time, he went out of his way to talk to Charger last night and try to bargain with him to get himself unbanned (although he should've gone to Shepard with this) but, I'm conflicted with what you allegedly said to the staff members. The whole reason why you were banned in the first place is because you supposedly said that you didn't want to follow the rules. You denied this accusation, yet Dickolas said that 2 to 3 staff members heard you say this. So I want to hear what the 2 to 3 staff members have to say about it.

+1 I feel like he likes to be the center of attention and acts out because of of how much shit people give him so now that he knows he is at the end of his rope he will start back peddling and really start to change as long as he calms down and realizes from this he has people that only just kid and really don't hate him ( RDE please stop yelling during events and being a distraction and you will be ok)

I pulled Rde aside after a sit the day before the ban, and told him that if the rule breaking keeps up, it will end up in a permanent ban, and asked him to please read the rules and make sure that he follows then. I gave him the chance and yet he still went and broke more rules.
