Why you should be unbanned: Ok. I know this is not going to be accepted but I wanna try. I know that I have a lot of warns and a lot of people don't like me. *obviously*. I know I haven't shown I want to stop minging, but I do want to stop. I want to stop minging and if I get unbanned I want to prove that I can prove that I can be on the server and not minge. I love this server and It is the only server I play on and ever will. I have made lots of friends and I don't want to through that away by minging anymore. I promise that if I get unbanned I will not minge and I will not be toxic. I'm sorry.

Proof of any kind would help in appealing your ban. The only ones that can appeal your ban are at least two super admins or one owner. Lying in an appeal will result in an instant denial and an increase in ban time. Insulting the staff team or someone else will result in an instant denial. Any other questions can be asked as a response to this thread. Thanks for the time.

Rde, I have pulled you into a sit at least 3 times in the past 2 days. All with you being in the wrong. I even talked to you about you having no intention on following any of the rules and asked you to change that around for the better. You then go ahead and break 2 different rules with 5 minutes of each other. You should at least wait a month or two before you come back to the server, hopefully with better intentions regarding the rules.

Several times in my events you will talk over me even with multiple warnings given. To add to this you will go out of your way to be louder and "funny" and do things that inconvenience the set up and introduction/continuous processes of an event. You are an alright kid and I have no personal problems with you, but if you plan on coming back you need to mature up and realize that everyone's time does not revolve around you. You've had 24 chances to improve upon your actions but reality has struck and now it had lead to a permanent ban. Maybe take the next few days, weeks, or however long is needed to reevaluate your actions that led to this moment and come back with something better than what you've shown to many of the current staff/GM's.

Look man, 3 warns was too many. 12 warns is where you should've realized you're doing something wrong. 20 warns is where you should've quit the server for a couple of weeks to find yourself and try to change. 24 is too many. You didn't change no matter how many warns you got, so maybe you should take a few weeks off before reappealing.

You should've understood after your first 5 warns that you need to stop. You have 24 warns... it may not be the warn limit until you get permad but it still sure as hell be enough

I have multiple problems with this ban, all bias aside, it's a +1, isn't a bad kid. I'd to bring up 3 points to this situation, 1. The perma ban isn't suppose to be until 30 warns (To my knowledge) I myself have over 20 warns already.
2. I have seen multiple times in which this person has been harassed/bullied him, he makes 1 comment back to said people, they call staff, and he gets the warn.
3. The strong bias against the kid, now I know he can be annoying, but i'm pretty sure you can mute him under the tab menu (Unless it's still broken), as 2nd point states, many reports are usually false with the intent of getting him warned, I have seen this first hand.
Y'all also got to remember it's a kid, I would state some more over that, but it isn't an official point, just a reminder

What are you talking about? Rde is known to break rules very very frequently. And most of the time it's stuff like; Mingery, FailRP, ARDM and NLR breaking. There is nothing biased against that people get warned if they break the rules whether they are adults or kids, it doesn't matter. And just like you mentioned your self, you have 20 warnings does that mean that people have been biased towards you? No. It's the same song with Rde, you both have been breaking rules, and eventually the ban hammer will hit you as well. He shouldn't get special treatment with a mute if he is breaking a rule that is known to be a problem by him. There is a reason with warn on the second note. There is kids on the server that can be mature and live up to the rules.

RDE didn't receive the majority of their warns for no reason, a Staff Member knowingly typed out the command with the intent to punish fairly. Now I'm not saying it is not possible for all of RDE's warns to be unbiased, but they have a bias against them for a reason. They brought that upon themselves, and if it was because they made a bad impression of themselves then that's on them.

I think the warns for a perma ban is 25 warns. I can almost say that most of the people who -2 Rde because of minging personally (and I know for a fact) that you guys just hate him cus hes a damn kid with a high pitched voice. I know he actually has broken the rules sometimes and has been warned for it but I have seen personally for myself people goin out of their way to bait him to do something and since hes a kid he doesnt really understand someones baiting him to do something bad and it backfires on him. All im saying is hes a good kid should deserve another chance and people (Especially Staff) should start treating him better than just going after him.

+2 he gets picked on a lot on the server. I have had quite a few sits with rde and the majority of them were other people trying to get him in trouble. I'm not saying he hasn't done stupid shit. He has. But let's not forget that there are a few other people on the server with 20+ warns who aren't perm banned. You want to perm ban someone for having a set number of warns? Then you gotta make it server wide and write it down. I see people who have more warns than him still on the server and still minging. What is so different about RDE that he gets the short stick? You do it to one you have to do it to them all. Otherwise unban him. That's my opinion.

Ok, it's going to be a -1 from me chief. Yes I understand everyone's point of view and I have seen people trying to bait him into breaking the rules, however I have watched him on multiple occasions be a complete minge and disregarding nlr and I've watched a lot of player dis from him. In my opinion I think you should take a small break from the server and them re-appeal in about a month to show you actually want to be on the server and obey the rules just like everyone else.

With that being said, I think it's time to analyze Rde's situation. In the past few days there have been numerous reports and warns regarding Rde and two or three staff members claiming Rde said that he doesn't care he is breaking the rules and will continue to break them. If half of this is true then I believe it was the right decision to ban Rde until he can cool off and get into a better state of mind. Regarding the other players with 20+ warns they have either been banned and appealed or they are on their last leg and are about to get kicked out of here. On another note, everyone who believes that the 20+ warn people are just as bad if not worse than Rde must remember the final straw that got Rde banned was him claiming that he would continue to break rules, this showed he had no regard for normal punishment and would continue to disrupt the community/server. As many others have claimed, I have nothing personally against Rde and I find it fun to fight him on Tat. but this kind of behavior should not be tolerated and banning him until he can fix his attitude towards the server and rules is the best course of action.
