So I’m going to be making this post hopefully it doesn’t turn out to be a toxic fest..
I want to start by apologizing to everyone I have been toxic too. I have been in some hard times lately in real life and I know this ain’t a excuse to act out.
I will be working on myself to hopefully change for the better. Some say I’m entitled I had no clue of this.. but I will 100% fix this.
I have recently had an eye opener talking to some old friends I have worked with/for.
What the hell am I doing ? Believe it or not I have managed staff teams and server before but here I am acting like a dumbass ? Not applying my experience? This stops now. I have let myself go... Being toxic? Being entitled ? THE FUCK. This isn’t me at all? For the live of god I’m Canadian why am I toxic...
I am honestly going to start applying my skills and experience to the staff team as much as I’m allowed and can. I want to help the community grow for the better! I want the staff team to be stronger! But yet I sit here not speak up about issues and stuff...
Again I apologize to anyone I have been toxic too and I can promise I’m going to change this as at the moment I hate the way I act. And it’s sad it took me this long to realize and open my eyes...
At the moment I see a lot of complaints about staff not taking sits and stuff and honestly staff are losing motivation... I’m going to try and motivate them to get back up and grind out sits like we used too!
I can relate... I have started losing motivation... I have worked my ass off doing every sit I can.. but I get told “you don’t do anything” “you don’t do sits” and it just hurt me and I lost motivation... like why do sky’s when you get told this daily when all you do is try and work your ass off... and I know some mods feel the same way ...
But we shouldn’t lose motivation my fellow mods! We need to rise back up and ignore the haters. I understand hearing “you don’t do sits” “you don’t do shit” hurts a little but we just need to ignore them. Because if they can’t notice us doing something then sucks for them. I understand no mod has been promoted in ... while forever... I stated this to higher ups And I hope higher ups pay more attention to us so our hard work doesn’t go unseen.
I also see everyone picking on anzati and stuff but come on... the guy works his ass off we shouldn’t he witch hunting him and stuff.. we should be thanking him for all the hard work he has been with spawning items and stuff. We should welcome him... not push him away..
Now.. I see people making fun of oatman and stuff... what is wrong with you? Leave him alone. There is no need to bully him because of his speech. And nobody does anything about him being bullied ? But this needs to stop we need to put our foot down and slap the people disrespecting him because it’s messed up and not nice at all. I see staff shit talking him... why? He is part of our staff family. Don’t miss treat him.
I see people witch hunting rde... I understand he can be a little... much but come on ... you don’t need to bully and pick on him.. and try and get him banned..
I could go on for days but I’m not going too... all I’m saying is I’m going to hopefully make change within the community and help as much as I can.
Anyways this ends my rant... sorry for errors and such I did this at work on my phone so oof...
