Player Interview
Why should we support your application, and what makes you more qualified than other players? (Please elaborate - minimum effort will not be tolerated):
I Believe that I would suit being staff on reborn due to the nature of my personality I believe that i am quite a goofy guy and enjoy memes just as much as the next person and enjoy hanging around with the community and just generally having a good time. However i do understand when its time to calm down and get serious when a certain situation that may arise calls for it, such as in a staff sit I would not be afraid to give out punishments at the proper level again if the situation were to call for it.
As I said in my first staff application this is the first and only gmod server that I have actually put effort into to engage myself into the community and obtain a high rank in (for example I am currently the viceroy) I understand that I have made some dumb mistakes in the past but I have worked and am still working to improve myself as a person and I would like to continue to grow as person along with the reborn community. Also I understand that some people may see it as a negative that I have only been staff once for 2 weeks but I don't believe that this is a negative due to the fact that I have a fresh mind that can be molded to the reborn staffing ways essentially allowing me to staff the server more efficiently since my mind wouldn't be clogged with ways that other servers staff.
I'm sure a lot of you are going to question why i stopped being staff after only 2 weeks the first time I was accepted for staff and that was because I physically couldn't play the server just to my physical health im not trying to pull the victim card here but what happened is that whilst taking a small LOA (I do realise that I didn't make a forum post about the fact i was going on LOA but quite simply I didn't even know that it was required to be honest however this is not an excuse and i am really sorry for this mistake if I were to be accepted i can assure you guys that this wouldn't happen again) i was going to see some friends and was in a car accident however i am fully healed now (apart from a bit of a messed up knee) and i am ready willing and able to put the effort into staffing that i did when i was staff previously & this time I wouldnt randomly go inactive (unless i get into another car accident XD)
Another good point is that im on the server a lot when there is no staff online since its late at night and i would be there to fill that void since i live in the united kingdom i would be able to complete any sits and whitelists that the US staff are not able to do due to time zones and availability. I have also had a job in customer services for quite a long time at this point and have developed my people skills enough to the point where i can comfortable de-escalate 99% of situations. I'm sure you're wondering what this has to do with staffing a JvS server and i would say quite a lot actually because most of the skills are transferable into a staffing situation since staffing is also a customer service job so in a way i do have experience just not in this kind of aspect.
Overall i believe that i would be able to fulfill the staffing role on reborn gaming to a very high standards to the type of personality i have the experience i have in customer service rolls i am also a very active player and dedicate 100% of my free time to the server and quite frankly prioritize it over my real life at this point i would like to thank you all for reading my staff app and i look forward to reading all of your responses thanks guys
