On the Heavy Glitch issue/other issues

So I don't know about everyone else, but I've encountered this glitch a lot and it has a significant impact on dueling. Before I go further I'm going to explain what heavy glitch is. Heavy glitch is where you do a heavy attack, after doing the heavy attack you cannot use any force powers until you heavy again. Depending on the situation, this can make or break a fight.
So, this is just one issue, but there are many more. I want this post to turn into a mega thread of sorts. So if you know of any bugs that aren't already being posted here, post them; and if you know the fix for these bugs please, PLEASE tell us.

The way this glitch occurs is when you have a heavy charged up and the most efficient way to recreate this, is to jump with a charged heavy and you will not be able to use other force powers until you have the stamina to heavy. This glitch has been around since even I've joined the server (About 11 months ago). I have been told that it cannot be fixed or it is very difficult to do so.

Well I'm pretty sure that force powers and heavies are based on the same button. So I'm pretty sure changing one would change both.

Ez fix just get David to make a different button than e+right clicking so it stops the glitch itself

The only time I get this glitch is when I get crippling slashed. I have to force jump then I get that heavy glitch everytime. Just remove crippling slash.
