Reason for Ban: Staff disrespect, ARDM
Ban Time: 2 days
What did you do?: A group of players were stuck in the door. Some got out, however I was still stuck in another player. I started attacking to fix the problem. This is not ARDM because it was not random. I was not aimlessly going around trying to kill people. Then the staff member who banned me said " If you do that again I'm going to ban you permanently". He was clearly baiting me into saying something to where he would get to show off the fact that he is an admin and can ban someone on a gmod server. I replied with an annoyed answer " You took to fucking long and stop being a power hungry ass". This was about the lines of what I generally said and what he said. Then another admin/ mod came flying over after Good Ol' Rocky freezed me telling me I disrespected him. The other admin/ mod said " Yea your right" to the other mod. then they quickly banned me after I told him that was bullshit.
Why you should be unbanned: I was treated unfairly and that this was a small thing blown out of proportion. It was an attempt to free myself and I have no need to Rdm for I was already on my way to a duel. I feel that the RP was already broken when we got stuck and I attempted to get unstuck. For the staff disrespect, it is no where near a bannable offense for I did not truly disrespect him. Calling him an ass after him waving his big stick around is a quite reasonable reaction. It was not necessary for him to say that for I already know the rules of RDM. I also do not think it is a big deal if I had killed him because the spawn is a second away and has no negative effects on the other player. I would have been just as fine to have him kill me to get unstuck.
