My knowledge is not that good, however, I did point out that I found the same looking model and its rig with minor clipping (I apologize that I didn't spend enough time in depth with the game files) I can post that link and hopefully is the right fix.

Model clips all over the place and looks pretty bad, please find a new one and make a rework post, free of charge. Locked
