Yeah uh, I'll probably be alot more inactive, probably just going to get to level 250 and just go hella inactive from that point,

kudos to these guys,

Jump - Main man of the month, always could rely on you to make me laugh
Pallox - 2nd main man of the month, could always count on you threatening to OT me
Vickolas - Literally the 2nd nicest guy I've ever met on Gmod, 2nd only to,
Croc - Literally the nicest guy I've met on Gmod
Pump - toxic but always a guy that would be real with you
Five(The grandmaster one) - Literally gives 0 fucks about your feelings, gets the job done like a champ
Vethar - Our time in EE was probably the most fun I've ever had on the server.
Okeas - inactive but cool
Oat man - Lets literally nothing get to him, and still does his job with a smile. Good on you.
Cause - hates me but I probably respect him the most out of anyone on the server

I'm just saying if I could fix all the broken shit right away I would, many of the big things that are broken rely on WILTOS to fix not me. David has 50 other clients who are getting this update and has been working on giving it out to them, i'm not the only person who needs support.

Secondly, the server is a way for me to provide the building blocks for people to build their own experience and keeping that experience alive for people who have played for 2 years and trying to keep it fresh and new is impossible. I do what I can and i read most of the suggestions but it can be hard to filter out the good ones from the brain dead fucks saying ReLeAsE FoR pOiNt O and ROLL BACK TO 2.0. Also the retarded amount of real life stress this has induced on me in the last 4 months is just fuckin insane. The amount of drama directed at me and my personal life is something 90% of people wont ever have to deal with or relate with.

Also just wanna say reborn makes good money yea but you clearly have never taken off your rose tinted glasses for other juggernaut servers who make WELL over 150k a year.

at the end of the day this is my job, I need it to make enough money so i can live a self sustaining life. I'm also not going to try and please everyone because its just not possible. when you say you're just another replaceable player obviously thats not true, but you cant seriously expect me to love and cherish every single member of the community in a individual basis...

Honestly the community is just at its breaking point of having just a single server. People get bored of a game that had millions spent on it and hundreds of professionals making it, no way I can make some 10 year old game fun for people for forever with a single server. hence the reason we are branching out to minecraft and why we are working a new server that's still in the star wars universe.

I also cant just bring on developers to help fix the server. It's hard to trust people with FTP (the remove connection tool used to connect to the servers files) access and all that. I mean if i let DA leak you can kiss every getting a saber update again goodbye lol. Like I said, the server is fatigued, the community is fatigued and I am fatigued.

Fuck I didn't make it onto another list but really Midas I do agree with you on some things and I disagree on others things something I agree on is that staff could use a bit more management while I cannot talk about GM's as they seem to vote on a lot of apps and stuff within GM when it comes to staff stuff unless its new rules or something brought up in the staff meeting I don't feel like there is much training or effort into making staff good at what they do as when you get accepted they show you how to warn and how to open logs (Which when they put in the new log system they didn't tell us the new command so I thought we didn't have logs) and I remember when I was on trial for Mod I had asked a higher staff for help on a situation they came to me, solved the situation and left and I feel like when a Mod or another staff member ask for help on a situation they should explain why the outcome came out the way it did and without having a Head of Staff I don't think it gives new staff a person to ask questions about unless you have been friends with the SA's before because when someone has the HoS rank its a big flag that says hey I am your leader come to me if you need help or at least that is what it says for me. Something I disagree with is how you say that Shepard doesn't try and take in suggestions and he doesn't try and fix things as during the staff meeting that had happened today I brought up the wager system and I don't think Shepard has much respect for me so when he said that he was just about to talk about it he let me open up the conversation and I brought the rule up and he understood my point and implemented the rule so Shepard does care about your opinion whether you think he doesn't have respect for you or not he is willing to hear what people have to say and is adding ideas he thinks could improve the server. Before I write a whole essay I am gonna stop here and while there are things to improve on Shepard does care and is willing to listen to people and implement there ideas if he thinks they will help the server.

And yea the time we had as princes was hella fun.. sadly I can never find a good brother to RP with again.. I guess that’s why prince is getting boring for me it’s lacking the RP I want.

I do agree people always promo their friends over people who honestly try and work for it... I have seen this many times before and I hate it. It’s unfair for new players and stuff. You need new faces new ideas and suggestions in your council... instead of making people who haven’t played in months council make people who have been active council.

Honestly in the EE I try and limit this as much as I can but what can I say... it just happens and I have no control because I have very little say lol. But it’s still not a huge problem.

About the whole Riddick thing it’s iffy... I haven’t seen any sits about him so I can’t really do anything about it... honestly I’m going to step up my game.. hell I went from managing staff teams and server to being a shitty mod everyone hates... I’m going to be changing this as I have the experience but I just ... don’t apply my experience. I could be helping as much as I could with the staff team but instead I sit back and let it fall apart..

My reputation is apprently shitty from what I hear so honestly it’s time for me to change and apply my experience. So I’ll helpful start helping more where I can in the staff team and apply my ideas and stuff.
