Losing Mats on Log

I keep losing glass on logging off and the admins told me to make a post here about it. I attached the before and after pictures of it. Just hoping to get my glass refunded.

When was that, because first picture your level 97 and the other is you level 100?

It is a one day span, I was busy and was in the afk room meditating all day. If you look at the date and time in the bottom right of the pictures it was almost in a 24 hour period. I didnt check my mats until the following night due to being gone all day.
