What interests you most in the Star Wars universe?
I'll be honest, the thing that interests me most about the star wars universe. Is that there is a ton of lore, the fact that you have canon and legends just makes learning about certain characters fun. There is almost an infinite amount of theory's for the jedi, and the sith. There is back stories that let you relive the characters past, and see where they came from but also what they had to go through. Each character was given life, in the movies and the books. Lets not get started on peoples blogs, and websites that go more in depth on each character that the movies or shows and some books missed out on.
What is the name of your character, and what is their history?
The name of my character is Anakin Skywalker. As many of you know Anakin was a legendary force-sensitive that was born with an midi-chlorian count of 20,000, making him a being with the highest count in the entire galaxy. (Far more than the grandmaster)
Anakin was believed to be born on the planet Tatooine, however there are many theories that Anakin was born before his mother brought him to Tatooine as a slave. His mothers name was Shmi Skywalker, however many speculate that Anakin was born of the force as no one truly knew who his father was.
the Jedi High Council admitted Anakin into the Order as the Padawan of Jedi Knight Obi-Wan Kenobi despite feeling that he was too old and emotional to adhere to the Jedi Code. (As you can tell we jedi hold the code and beliefs to a high standard).
He was a Jedi Knight of the Galactic Republic and the prophesied Chosen One of the Jedi Order, destined to bring balance to the Force. Also known as "Ani" during his childhood. Anakin earned the moniker "Hero With No Fear". He had a Padawan of the known name of Ahsoka Tano who later down the line left the jedi order. Due to all the masters losing faith in her, and more importantly Anakin who couldn't convince anyone she was innocent.
During the early days of the Clone Wars, Skywalker served as a Jedi General in the Grand Army of the Republic, commanding the clone troopers of the elite 501st Legion against the Confederacy of Independent Systems.
Though Jedi code and beliefs prohibited personal relationships (Unless you were granted authorization like Ki-Adi Mundi). Anakin had a secret wife, Senator Padmé Amidala of Naboo. Who would later become the mother of Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa. They were separated at birth after their mothers passing during child birth, due to Anakins actions.
After the clone wars, and Anakin siding with Palpatine. The onslaught of the Jedi began, which we all call the Jedi purge. During his fight with Obi-wan Kenobi, Anakin would become fatally wounded which allowed him to dawn the armor of Darth Vader. As his title was already given after Mace Windus "death".
What drew you to the character role you have selected?
Basically. his entire story arc is what drove me to select this role. He somewhat reminds me of myself in certain aspects. He has confidence in everything he does, and always preferred lightsaber combat over using the force. He was a guardian, and I'm currently a vanguard that took on a guardian mantle. This character just has an outstanding story, and very interesting interactions.
What are your character’s main motivations, and how will you use that to drive your story?
Anakins main motivations were his secret wife, and his thoughts of himself being destined for greater things above the Jedi. Anakin worked harder than most, and believed that his hard work should be rewarded. Which caused his training to become more intense throughout the years.
This will drive my story as I intend to act exactly like Anakin, never showing fear. Showing bravery, and confidence against all odds. Honing lightsaber skills, and teaching padawans the true meaning of the blade. Focusing on the Vanguard, in order to achieve new heights within the order.

LORE CHARACTER
What is your connection to this character?
His role within the jedi order, shows that I am almost living out what he did. My connection to this character doesn't just pertain to roleplay, or any actions I have chosen to follow. But I feel a link between myself, and the character. As I have lived through some pretty bad things, just as this character has. Connecting through the books I've read, and the shows/movies that I've seen. Most of his actions were those that only he could make, and would be forced to live with.
What is your understanding of this character's origins and history?
My understanding is that this character embraces the balance of the force, with constant battles between light and dark. Never knowing which of his choices will be correct later down the line, but would be correct in the present. The character as I stated above in the section of their history, is understood as of which whom cannot truly understand the light without the dark. There will always be room for growth, but there is always room for loss. His ARC makes him one of which who loses the most, but attempts to give the most.
How are you adapting your character to fit into the Reborn timeline?
During the Clone Wars, Anakin was sent on a priority mission from Mace Windu to the planet Corellia. He was to investigate mysterious disappearances of force users that traveled to that planet.
Anakin took his jedi starfighter, as he believed that it would be better suited for this type of mission. As he did not wish to bring along the 501st Legion, or a Venator that would give his location out to any potential enemies in the star system. The trip only took 6 hours, as he was already stationed in a nearby planetary sector.
As he began to descend into the planets atmosphere, he felt like the force was trying to take control of his starfighter. Anakin let go of the controls, allowing the force to guide him.
His starfighter landed close to an ancient temple, where he could feel the clashes of light and dark within. Instead of reporting this to Mace Windu, Anakin decided to enter the temple. The temple was dark, and there was no source of light that could be found. Anakin then chose to ignite his lightsaber, which caused a reaction between both sides of the force. Anakin could feel both forces lock onto him, which sent him tumbling down some stairs. At the bottom of the stairs Anakin noticed a large door with ancient writings and drawings.
Having gotten up, wiping his dark robes off, Anakin then uses the force to push the doors open. Having troubles using the force, Anakin decided to let both sides of the force clash. When the force clashed again, Anakin drew on both sides in order to unleash a devastating push. Which destroyed the large doors, that opened into a large room.
The room had lightning coming from the walls to poles surrounding an ancient artifact, one of which was never in any of the books he read. Anakin decides to step toward the artifact, and places his hand on top of it. This caused a large disturbance in the force that all beings that were sensitive to the force. Could feel throughout the galaxy.
The artifact opened a large hole in space time, and swallowed Anakin through it. Delivering him to the ancient planet Tython. Which looked lively as many people were running around, and practicing with light sabers. Anakin noticed that the robes looked different, but while Anakin was mesmerized but what he was seeing. Two large men, wearing temple guard outfits grabbed him. Anakin being surprised attempted to free himself to no avail, the guards then dragged Anakin to the council chambers. There Anakin met the grandmaster, and was allowed to stay on tython until they could find a way to send him back to his time.
What makes you best suited to fill this role?
I believe that I am the best suited for this role, due to studying this character for years. I've watched all the shows, read the books and comics. Am known within the Jedi order, as I have an extreme amount of activity within it. I always partake in roleplay. never breaking it unless it is down time. I train new initiates and padawans in the ways of lightsaber combat, and focus primarily on lightsaber combat instead of the force. I have a connection with this character, and even upon being denied I will continue to fulfill my role as a knight.
