so basically hes super duper toxic to staff because he was no longer a gm. says he wasnt shit talking. and boom hes applying for mod after saying staff are shit.

+1, despite our differences the best way to reform the staff team and ensure productivity in the community and see it thrive is to get people who disagree and want the way staff are to change.

That being said, you need to drop the hate. I’m not using the T word because it’s lost all of its meaning in this community, but the vast majority of your recent comments and community posts were just you being an asshole.

I’ve heard from many people that you are not an asshole, that you’re a great guy. I want to see that side of iroconian if you were to get staff, not whatever you’ve become now. Become the legend people say you are. Be the change you want to see. Don’t continue down this path you’ve been going down for the past month and a half, and you’ll be golden for staff.

Neutral, even though I haven't been on like RECENTLY recently, I've seen you complain about staff a bunch. While this is a good thing, as you'll see flaws, you can be a little toxic and I think that toxicity could influence your handling of a sit.

It's not really a problem at all, if you're able to take sits without needing anyone's help that's good on you. The only times you really work as a team as staff is when you ask for clarification on a rule and when you get someone to take a sit you can't. The point I was trying to get across is teamwork isn't something needed for being staff because staff don't need to be reliant on each other often.

-1. Over and over you complain about staff, never give any examples/proof, and then now you want to apply? You even go as far as to block people who disagree with you. The last thing reborn needs is someone as toxic as you with power.

-2 Over the course of you quitting reborn, and barely playing the server I've seen nothing but negativity from you on the forums and in game. Rather it being drama caused or replying to some unnecessary bullshit argument that never needed to be started.

I disagree with you on the later part however I spoke to you directly about my post that originated my Toxic tag

also, I didn't quit reborn, I stepped down from Gamemaster due to IRL and I took the opportunity to shed light on the problems with inactive or ineffective staff

+1 iroc is not toxic stop hopping on the bandwagon and make up your own mind, the word toxic doesn't mean anything anymore. It is just said to justify a vote and can be seen on literally everyone's apps. If you don't have evidence and just call someone toxic and -1 without even talking to them than you are a retard. Iroc just gives constructive criticism I haven't seen him call anyone any names or be mean to anyone. You guys always blow things out of proportion and are way to sensitive on the internet.
