Like most staff I dont think you could remain unbaised on the server, as we saw when you were Grand Master. Good GM, but I dont think he would be the best moderator pick. Just look at your recent posts on the forums, half of them are toxic as hell.

I never talked bad about someone behind their back and if i ever insulted someone that was not my intention. I was 100% unbias in all my events

+1 This is an unexpected turn but I would like to see what you could do as staff also bringing new opinions that most people don't agree with to staff meetings can help because it forces people to make stronger arguments. Neutral, After doing some reconsideration and after Myths statement I think Iroc could bring a lot to staff but there are also some issues I could see becoming an issue.

-1. I'm sorry Iroc, I know that you are a good person and a great gm, but you've been pretty toxic lately. I truly want to +1 this application but seeing how you have been acting recently, I don't know how it will affect the future.

by my standards its been longer than recently, however I have no future plans to do so.

Even if he complains about staff, he is taking the initiative to become one so he can show others how to do the job right. As a person who is a role model to many, me included, I believe he is capable of doing such a feat. Also, Iroc, we are all human. We make mistakes.

+1 Actually calls out staff when necessary instead of being a yes-man. Has experience with dealing with idiots. Instead of following up on other staff I think Iroc would try to take initiative. Community nowadays likes to call everything toxic however some people deserve to be called out.
