Brief overview of the position(s): I trained a few gamemasters and created dupes to add immersion for my raid events on REBORN. Created smaller events and mini events for orgs and even just tricking a couple people into fighting off zombies inside a dark room. Anything that would help augment the RP and add to the immersion of REBORN. Created mini games either surrounding RP or just an interesting OOC stories. Sarlac Jousting tournaments, Pirate Ships. I did take my fair share of sits as some days I would be on during DT AM hours, I approached it in a way you couldn't during UT as I had more time to spend 1 on 1 with the acolyte or initiate.

Player Interview
Why should we support your application, and what makes you more qualified than other players? (Please elaborate - minimum effort will not be tolerated): This may come as a shock to you as I stepped down from Gamemaster a little over 2 weeks ago with a not so nice message for my fellow staff and gamemasters. Hopefully nobody is just coming in here and just +1 my application because they are my friend. If you are reading this maybe you are looking for a reason to do so. I am asking for your support and respect your opinion. You can support the application either by replying to this or DM me on Discord IROCONIAN#6255 and let me know how I can help REBORN. The last week of my Gamemaster run was more focused on the actual game and I did 2 events. Because of PLENTY of IRL reasons and how the server became more of a chore I decided to step down. The fact that another gamemaster was scamming the server under my nose really showed me how little time I had to play the server, provide it content and also create games daily. I thought about an LOA, but considering the fact I removed my filter with a few people in the community I decided to step down. Everything I have done on REBORN was 99% the sole intent of improving the game for other people on the server.
I saw a big problem with staff and yes I complained, came up with evaluations etc, but honestly I was not helping. I was a part of the problem with being toxic and that sucked. I am here to turn that around. I bring a level of maturity and poise to staffing and have a high tolerance for minging. I put purpose over pride and feel the next generation of staff will take the rules more seriously and we cannot deny this will lead to a richer experience for everyone, whether you are into seeking power, being the best in combat or want to have fun RP with friends.
I have a lot of experience as staff, a boring fact is I have employees and I regulate their time and efforts daily. It is a bit stressful at time, but I enjoy helping people reach their full potential and beyond. I will do my best as STAFF and things IRL have cooled down to the point that I have a calmer pursuit to make REBORN the Best JVS server. I want to be as fast as Vickolas, as cool as Scary and as unbias as Loody.
There are plenty of people who came to REBORN as staff and made it a better place by just being themselves, this is what I want to do for REBORN. I pledge to do the best I can and learn from REBORN staff on managing players time and effort. I want you guys to trust me that I can help regulate the server and help to get us back on track.
