Reason for Ban: Racism/Toxicity/Rule Breaking
Ban Time: 2 weeks
What did you do?: For the racism one, I’m not sure. Since I’m black, I don’t think it’s possible to be racist against your own race. For the toxicity, I also don’t exactly know. Since generally speaking Gary’s Mod is a toxic game. I would need specific examples of what Caitlyn defines as toxic. Toxicity has a wide definition, and I think it’s up to each persons perspective on what toxicity is. While some people might think that calling someone stupid is toxic. Others might think that the word toxicity shouldn’t be used so lightly. And for the rule breaking. Yes. I do break rules. Everyone breaks rules. But I have tried turning a new leaf. I did my master trials yesterday and passed. Even the JC can see that I’m trying to get serious, so this came as a slap in the face. I’ve never been extremely into RP, but that’s something I’ve been trying to change about myself.
Why you should be unbanned: I don’t think I should be completely unbanned. I think some of the reasons were just, but some of them were not. What I would propose is for the ban time to be shortened to maybe 5 days. I love this server. I’ve been around for a while, and I’d like to get back in and turn this around after my punishment.

-2 you're constantly being told to stop and while you're black even if you show proof you still cannot be racist and say the n word, or act as a racist guy. But i see you CONSTANTLY throwing shade in ooc saying people are shit, should die, etc. Everyone does break rules I agree but you're outstanding recently, you may not have any warns on it but thats because staff are trying to give you a chance so you dont become a guy that gets permad x8.
The ban should be reduced to 1 week in my opinion.
Edit: I also told you to change your name about 8 times, I force rp named you atleast 5, and you kept changing it back.

He also was harassing a player last night. He's been told to stop his toxicity towards players in the community. He continued his malicious actions and was punished accordingly. Most of the ban length is attributed to the racism posted in OOC and the fact that he's trying to frame another player.

Not to mention when I checked chat logs it seems he's been harassing TYR for a few days.

There is no bias against you, the proof is there. You were racist, you were trying to frame someone else for racism. You were rdming and you were ignition spamming. Not to mention the non-stop complaints about you from other staff and players.

I dont see you defending yourself I see you putting blame on others for your actions. If tyr did such a thing then you should have reported it and it would be dealt with.
