What is your level of experience with Garry’s Mod construction and tools?
I've dabbled in space builder, know how to use most stuff from my time as TGM but not fully experienced.
Why do you want to become a Gamemaster?
Want to bring more RP scenarios and events to the server. I also DM dungeons and dragons/ other tabletop games
Also would like to focus on more individual rp scenarios such as small events/missions with Lords and their apprentices or Knights with their padawans. Try to get more people involved with more RP aspects and give people some fun small stuff to do when not a lot is going on the server.
Why should the community support your application, and what makes you more qualified than other players?
I try to help out whoever when I can, I want to get more involved in the server and providing more events and stuff to do for everyone. I have around 3-4 years of experience DMing different campaigns from 5th Edition dungeons and dragons to creating my own system for a Fallout themed campaign and I've done an old republic era Star Wars campaign as well.
Have you ever assisted in an event on Reborn in the past?
I've helped with one event that utilized the vehicle systems for a space battle, I sat and listened to the rest of the event for part of my trial gm training
How well could you adapt to unplanned circumstances in something you have planned?
As a DM you always have to be ready for players to throw you for a loop, and be ready for anything. As long as I understand what the player is trying to do or imply I can usually work whatever they throw at me into the story/situation
What interests you most in the Star Wars universe?
The Lore from Old Republic Era.
Now, taking what most interests you, craft a high-quality multi-part storyline (with characters, branches, anything that you see fit) that you could create multiple events from.
The Exiled Order - A group of rogue Jedi and Sith come together to form an order of Exiles that deny the brutality and cruelty of the sith, and the passiveness and detachment of the Jedi Order. Lead by a former Jedi Master Aren Portimer, he sends 2 generals on an assault on the jedi occupied planet of Makeb and The Sith Occupied planet of Ilum. The Vanguard of the jedi would be dispatched to Makeb after the Senator calls for immediate Jedi aid as a battalion of droids have begun storming the palace lead by a man wielding the lightsaber. The senator claims they've come not seeking violence but want the Jedi Occupation of Makeb lifted. The General Named Tirian Vale former Sith Lord states that they offer a different solution. The Senator would be in control of the droid army they have brought with them as long as he pays the exiled order with resources mined from the mining station on Makeb. Tirian would claim that they plan to use the resources to amass a larger droid army and more weaponry to remove the Jedi and the Sith altogether from political control and occupation of planets placing the power back in the hands of the people. The exiled order seeks a truly independent galaxy. Tirian isn't necessarily lying, however he is hiding the whole truth of what the exiled order is planning. Total erradication of the Jedi and Sith. The Sith Empire would receive a distress beacon from inside the Sith base on Ilum. The General in charge of the invasion of Ilum named Finx Lunarre a former Jedi Knight would take over the Sith Base on Ilum slaughtering all the sith within, and begin ordering his droids to start moving the weapons and equipment found within back to their fleet of ships. Bladeborn and Inquisitors would be deployed to the base to counter the attack and to capture the one leading it for further questioning and information. If Finx is captured and interrogated by the inquisitors he'll reveal about what the Exiled Order intends to do and where they'll strike next before biting down on a fake tooth filled with poison ending his life.
If your application is accepted, you will be required to start a multi-event storyline as part of your trial. It is recommended that this be the first draft of that storyline.
