No no, so we would have to edit the bounty board system since it is whitelisted per job. So we would have to add every CC that wanted to be a merc on the bounty board system which takes a lot more time.

No, Mercs can't take bounties? Also there is a simple solution that could get BHs CCs without whitelisting it per job and it is very easy to fix I believe.
