Why should we support your application, and what makes you more qualified than other players? (Please elaborate - minimum effort will not be tolerated): I am more qualified then others applying for this position because I'm always striving to better myself and the way I act to others I never take a friends word over someone else's when they are in a sit that may result in a ban or warn, all players when in a sit deserve the same treatment no matter the rank or who they are, being bias I find as a staff is unacceptable. I am very experienced with large servers containing more than 100 people and I have dealt with every imaginable situation you can imagine I am very experienced with how to deal with situations under pressure and know the boundary's that are enforced through the server. I'm a very relaxing and calm person most of the people that know me can second that I'm a very hard working and dedicated person to something I'm trying to achieve. I want to see this server prosper and succeed to the best of its potential from player base and the content that server pushes out. I am ready to fill such an important position to the server. the players are my number 1 priority I enjoy helping the new guys that joined the server and helping people that are stuck with something in the game, because I have found when you pass a good deed to others no matter how long they have been in they see that and as a staff member I help show what the server is like if I'm a horrible disgusting staff that will reflect to the server poorly but If I'm helpful and kind and look out for the player base new players will look at the server and say hey this community here is super friendly and is a fun place to come when they aren't having a great day or when they want to have fun. Everyone deserves to be happy and as a person that is my goal. I want for people to trust me as a person not as a staff. I'm here for the better of everyone not myself.
