This situation is already over with. If something was going to happen don't you think it would have already? Imma keep it 100 - you're just choosing to focus on ONE bad thing and run with it. Dwayne does more good than bad, but you aren't even taking into account any of the good. On Reborn, players and staff alike are given multiple "second chances" because people learn and change. If they don't learn and change then they get removed.

Alright, I guess i'll jump into this aswell. So, I have been here for a long time and I know Dwayne and everything that he has done for about 2 years and a half now. In the long run, I will not give him a -1 or +1 simply because in no way shape or form do I want Dwayne demoted. But I have seen Dwayne do some shitty things, I have seen people leave the server because of him, I have seen people get screwed over because of him and I have seen multiple scenario's where some of the things that people say are true. And when people say Dwayne went up the ranks through hard work I would not exactly agree. He is still there through hard work, but in the beginning he was put there because he was experienced. And he was dedicated to the cause of Reborn. And this was way back in the beginning. He never rose through the ranks like moderators or admins today. He was put up there, not a bad decision in any form but still the point stands. Personally, Dwayne is a decent guy. I will not say he is the greatest SA ever, but he has been able to do the job for years and the guy deserves kudos. Along with Moxxi, for they both had to deal with alot of shit from each other and the community that they run. Like this entire post for example. So i'll say this, they may do the wrong things at times. But both of them are decent people who did and still do an amazing job on the server. Now rather than getting Dwayne demoted, figure out a better way of punishment. Something that doesn't mess up the rank tree completely and bring chaos to the server. Personally I have never seen Dwayne punished grievously. If you want to make a petition about something, how bout putting a player in the Grand Master rank rather than having admins all over the place and give the Jedi a chance to revive itself now that it was brought from ashes. Keep cancer to a minimum, and handle this like adults too please.

We are all human, we all make mistakes. Dwayne did not mean any harm. Give the boio a second chance.

Also, about this entire situation with the artifact being spawned. If the artifact was spawned by Dwayne, after giving it to someone else. (Not saying this is true.) Then that is not okay and abuse in it's purest form. It doesn't matter how long ago the item was spawned to when it was sold to someone else anyways. If Dwayne is doing these actions, me nor anyone else should defend him in that case. But once again, I ain't accusing anyone of nothin. Nobody seems to have exclusive proof on the fact that he did such things, including the person making the accusation. So, in turn if anybody has proof of the action being commited then show it to everyone here and now. And everything will be settled almost instantly then. But until then, nothing of the sort happened. If Dwayne is shown abusing his power in the purest form in that case, then that should result in absolute demotion and highest punishments including perma-ban since that would count as duplicating aswell. But once again, that is the case if Dwayne is doing these actions. (Also, somebody give me mod on the forums already please. :p)

i have to agree with rocky. regardless of the situation, if you're spawning in items for your own personal gain on the server, maybe the powers you've been given to assist the server should be revoked. i could understand if it's a situation where it's being given to you by shepard for doing something or whatever, but spawning in an artifact for yourself for no reason should be punishable. second chances shouldn't be a slap on the wrist, they should be genuine punishments that mean something to show the person that they shouldn't take their job for granted
