Ok so I think Anzati should be able to keep Emp because he did OT and as much as it sucks Zozo did sort of break an OT rule when it happened so he lost Emp, Anzati will be open to OT in a week and you can OT him then but until then he didn't break any of the rules to get Emp and should be able to keep the rank.

So your response to your mindset of "him not giving a shit" is to dial it up to 11 on the not giving a shit scale and fuck around on the server while self exiled. He's been emperor for how long? It's a little too soon to be casting judgement don't you think.

If Anzati was to get removed why shouldn't you all be removed for the exact same thing?

Oh yeah and just read that pallox wants to give it to Caitlyn... not trying to stir up personal shit but giving it to a person who legit got all their shit handed to them and got their levels set for free is not a good idea. That’s how factions die.
