Lightning is artifact only, epicsword is legendary as im trying to keep it mostly animated ones are artifact only.
Also the fact that I realised I released 3 effects, 1 that no one can get and 2 that are open. But I didnt want to just put 2 of the new ones arti only.

-1 I am pretty sure Shepard has some stuff planned for Ancients in the future he just has to wait for the database to get fixed and when/if Ancients come back I feel like we should direct more custom effects towards Ancients and not Artifacts. My view on Artifacts is that they should be hard to get for new players like they currently are and they should look unique but not so unique where people with a custom artifact have completely different effects, Also I don't think we should add too many effects in general because it can get confusing to try and remember all the names.
