What did you do?: It all Began A few weeks ago, when i was pked by the DC for reasons that i found doubtful. I decided to LTAP and avoid the pk out of frustration and then got banned for 3 days. I then went on LOA and cameback then was recognized and asked to remain until a staff member came and set my lvls. I then crashed wish i had a SC of me crashing. When i tried to log in i saw that i was banned for another 3 days, being once again frustrated and having little to no motivation to appeal it. I decided to do nothing and wait till my ban time was up. Once i cameback i kinda became scummy and try to hide my identity in order not to be pked. This did not work for very well as you can see from this appeal im making. Anyways, today Cause caught me, but did not confront me which is the only thing i dont understand,and put in my ban left to avoid punishement when all i did was log out i was never in a sit with him.

Why you should be unbanned: I am a very old player of this community and this is the only gmod server i play donate to and i would love to see this community to grow even more. I also recognize that i had very poor judgement these past few weeks and was real DUMMY and i should have taken responsabilty for my actions earlier rather than wait out for the banhammer to go down. If i do comeback to the server i intend to carry out my pk for real this time and be more cool headed and responsible .If it dosent get appealed goodbye everyone its beeen fun and i wish you the best.

Well as you can see you know what you did. You were already banned twice for this. you were told to wait while you get your levels and you left again. Your appeal is Denied.

Well i mean i would eventualy like to comeback on the server as this community means something to me . I even offered to come get my lvls fixed willingly once i get unpermed you never brought me to a sit. I have payed and growned attached to this server its like my second familly. As far as i know i haven't murdered anyone. I would appreciate it greatly if you at the very least reduce the bantime people have been permed for worst things than this. I would like to chat with you Cause, to come up with a solution and to answer some questions such as "Why did you not take me a to a sit?" I look forward with chatting with you i added you on steam. Finally, What do you mean by i was told to get my lvls set? when was this because you did not mention anything to me today about coming in and fixing my levels. PS: You obviously have my steam id so why not let me come in and prove to you im genuine on gettting my lvls set and if i try anything funny ban me.

I understand the bring full of emotion in the moment, but 6 days to calm down and 2 separate bans should have been more than enough warning. Also as an old member, you knew the rules and exactly what you were doing. I say change it to two weeks and if make it an extra 20 levels for every time he tried to hide or avoid losing levels. (20 for the initial PK, another 20 for the first avoid, 20 for the last one, and I would like to see the screenshots proving that you crashed) so 60 levels gone.

I was Exiled and PKed for warping without permission It sucks but shit happens and you have to be mature enough in the long run. I get being frustrated in the moment, but you had time to think.

Tubbs I agree and i understand most of what your saying but the thing here is the pk order in itself to me atleast was barely justifiable(i can give you more details of the pk if anyone is curious ) and in my head i had somehow convinced myself i was right , but i could not stand the tought of losing 20 lvls for nothing in which i had put effort and time into them. PS: I also have a witnesses others that were pked alongside me would tell you it was quite a petty pk.

I mean i did have time to think of course, but i dont think about the server day in and day out. When i was banned i barely even tought of the server and wanted nothing to do with it out of anger. Granted that i had to own up to mistake much earlier in time.But it seems im an impulsive person who thinks more of the moment than the long term of my actions. I think this permaban regardless of the outcome has shown one of my biggest flaws in life. If i get unbanned i would do everything in my power to own up to my mistakes. But i still think i should have been brought to a sit and given an ultimatum insted of just being banned.
