Player Interview
Why should we support your application, and what makes you more qualified than other players? (Please elaborate - minimum effort will not be tolerated):
I am more qualified than other players because I have experience managing people during my day job as well my calm and kind attitude. I will provide a refreshing and friendly attitude to the staff team, I am good at working in teams and logging information. I was accepted as a trial-gamemaster however the Gamemaster team believes that I am more well equipped to be on the actual staff team instead. I am very familiar with the server rules and expectations that are put onto the staff members. My schedule is sometimes a bit odd, however I firmly believe that this can help the server as I can be on at multiple different times depending on the day of the week.
I have extensive experience working with google docs and sheets if I am ever needed to log or jot down notes or information. I also have run and been a moderator for multiple teamspeak servers and have worked with the teamspeak software daily for the past 6 years. I am never afraid to learn new things and always ready to help others right away.
Overall I feel that me being a moderator is a "no-brainer" I am a friendly user on the server and only wish to see the server succeed. I have had no warns or run-ins with staff, I always follow the rules, and I constantly encourage others to do so. Officially being a staff member would give me the proper authority and ability to do things that I already do, as well as provide a lot of help to the staff team and complete the expected daily duties of staff members. This server is like a home for me and I want to help it grow and stay around for as long as possible.
Thank you for taking the time to read!
I guess I'll be more direct, in my response I specifically say "This might not be your situation" (Loody was GM, we all know votes are bullshit) because I have only heard, not seen. My point of posting my experience to yours was to make a point that staff takes a few extra/different traits. Over the past few days I have decided to watch the staff team and its health, and honestly, it's shit. Half of the staff lack 3 Traits which I find all should require, 1. Calm, 2. Composed and 3. Patience. I know this seems off topic, but im stating my reasoning for more -1s in all apps in general. I apologize if it came out like I was saying you can't be MOTO/High Council.I never said it did. I was defending myself because you claimed I could not "run a High Council position", yet I was fairly voted up and been on everyday. Sorry I never type in chat and have a CC at the bottom so no one sees my name I guess. I am on Tython 99% of the time I am on and I am constantly talking to Jedi and open to answer questions, train, etc. You brought up that the MOTO has been inactive and claimed I cannot run it. We have not had a MOTO for weeks and I just got voted up saturday night. Still confused what all that post is for. You are claiming my JC work and position have nothing to do with being staff, but you were the one that basically said it did by saying apparently I suck.
