Phoenix's ORG/Helper Gamemaster app

I talked with Shek about my desire to run mostly small event and RP scenario for the RP organizations(Sorcerers and Consular). This type of position has existed in the past, but I was instructed that a game master application would need to be made since I would essentially be a gamemaster. I would also help with main story lines as needed.

QUESTIONNAIRE
The Gamemaster role requires creativity, knowledge, and most of all, vision.
Answer these questions as best you can to demonstrate these attributes.
Minimum effort will not be tolerated.

What is your level of experience with Garry’s Mod construction and tools?

Moderate experience. I have dabbled through out the years; however I will admit that builds in general have always been one of my weaknesses, but I can whip something up as needed.
Why do you want to become a Gamemaster?
Because there are currently a lack of gamemasters and I have experience in running/making/assisting in events. Also want the players to feel empowered to RP by themselves and since I am on the server very routinely I can always help with their roleplay experience, especially when they are trying to progress their own characters knowledge and power.
Why should the community support your application, and what makes you more qualified than other players?
If anything gives me an edge over other applicants, its my experience. I have over 6000 hours of GMOD under by belt and I have done a LOT of roleplay for all type of scenarios, and I am confident I can use that knowledge to create an enriched atmosphere that endorses roleplay.
Have you ever assisted in an event on Reborn in the past?
Yes I have help Allie- as a test dummy, Lander- as the "main boss" and Pyro- was a mercenary.
How well could you adapt to unplanned circumstances in something you have planned?
I would say I handle adaptation pretty well. I have a lot of experience from Gmod and DND that I have learned to adapt as needed. I will say that sometimes I get lost in events when multiple adaptation happen within a short span, but I combat this by writing notes during the event.
What interests you most in the Star Wars universe?
Just the creativity and vastness of the lore. The fans of star wars have dubbed it with so much thought and detail that you could have an endless amount of arguments and you could reasonable come to a conclusion from the sheer amount of information that is available.

Now, taking what most interests you, craft a high-quality multi-part storyline (with characters, branches, anything that you see fit) that you could create multiple events from.
SETTING: TYTHON
CHARCTERS: Exiled Jedi Thoth, along with his Student Asar.
Background: Jedi Master Thoth, a revered Consular and one of the Temple’s foremost librarians, devoted his life to the belief that knowledge—not war—would bring peace. He sought answers in ancient texts and forgotten histories, convinced that somewhere in the galaxy lay the key to ending conflict. During an expedition into Kashyyyk’s forbidden forests, he uncovered a holocron unlike any other—its shape irregular, its color shifting, its presence in the Force neither light nor dark, but something vast and unnatural. Rather than follow strict Jedi protocol, Thoth sent only a brief notice to the Council before gathering six fellow scholars to study it.
They never truly understood what they had opened. The holocron did not corrupt or tempt—it revealed. Those who touched it were overwhelmed by a flood of absolute, unfiltered knowledge: visions within visions, truths beyond comprehension, reality stripped of illusion. Thoth remembers only fragments before losing consciousness. When he awoke, he was confined and later brought before the Council on Tython. Of the seven Jedi involved, three had died—either from catastrophic mental collapse or by their own hands. The remaining three were left irreparably broken, unable to reconcile what they had seen. The holocron did not bring darkness. It brought too much truth—and it shattered them.

Event Synopsys:
An exiled Jedi Master, Thoth, is found dying on the galaxy’s edge after decades guarding a mysterious holocron that does not align with the Force. Before his death, he warns that it does not corrupt—it reveals. His Force-sensitive apprentice has vanished, and the holocron has reawakened. As the players track the boy across distant systems, they discover entire communities subtly altered—not by darkness, but by an unnatural pursuit of perfection. The boy is not being consumed by the artifact, but learning to wield it, spreading its influence in controlled glimpses. The journey culminates on Tython, where the boy reveals his goal: to “correct” the galaxy by eliminating chaos through absolute understanding. The players must confront the truth of the holocron—it imposes a vision of perfection that erodes free will—and decide its fate, the boy’s future, and whether such knowledge should exist at all.

Brief overview of the Stages & Actions:
Overall I plan to make this a 3 part story line, with sprinkled mini events as needed. The Jedi will need to investigate both this tragic history that set these events and the exiled master jedi's life was like after he went into hiding and how it all ties to what is happening now(part 1). Then they must later investigate strange reports about entire cities and towns changing over night especially the local residences. Also must find the cause, and possibly stop it(part 2). Lastly they must put a stop to the madness that is unleashing everywhere. They must find the boy and terminate him or the holocron permanently(or find another way to stop the madness).

The Jedi's actions throughout the storyline will have an affect on the next section, whether it be negative or positive it does not matter. They will also experience side affects if they do not take proper precautions through out the events which will hinder their RP rolls.
Lastly while I have put down only 3 parts towards the story line, that does not mean that only 3 parts will occur, depending on the RP, rolls, and other factors as needed the event will change to what best fits the situation at that time.

Rewards:
We cant forget the rewards can we? Along with the standard reward table I do plan on allowing ample time for the Jedi to find hidden treasures including: A new ritual, A title, and talisman to help with RP rolls. This rewards are not guaranteed but can be reasonably obtained if the RP is attempted. (Obviously will need Sr.GM+ for approval as needed to ensure they are in line with server Rp standards.)

If your application is accepted, you will be required to start a multi-event storyline as part of your trial. It is recommended that this be the first draft of that storyline.
