Can i get my igniter back in?

So can you add my custom igniter back in? This is the link to the OG post. https://reborngaming.net/forums/threads/rdes-igniter.1436/
He gave it to me before he got perm banned.
I have tried to PM Shepard like Anzati said but he has not said anything back.
But when the item wipe happened it got removed i have asked for it to be added back but it hasn't happened so yeah.

Did you pay for it?: RDE did but he gave it to me before he was perm banned i had the item then you wiped it

im 110% we had an arguement saying that rde cant give away his items if hes permad and if i remember correctly, he didnt give it to you. also once again, i DO NOT have any of the backups. Only shepard has them.

He wont response to me i have waited like 2 months. RDE gave it to me before he got perm banned like a month before. I have proof that i had the ingiter if you want it and
I never remember talking to you about RDE not being able to give me his stuff
