Yeah but everyone can type in chat so he doesn't have an excuse on why he can't type, if he refuses to type call a staff and they will watch over.

On here you always need to make sure that you have proof of some sort because people always try and do something to steal/get you in trouble.

Always have them say in chat that they are trading x item for x item, screen shot it, and then if they steal it report it.

I highly doubt its a perma ban but you shouldn't go and do something after staff tells you not to do it because its annoying to deal with but I would have to hear from @Caitlyn

Founders are supposed to be for people that founded the community aka Shepard, Miles, and Moxxi I think Co-owner or some other title would be ok but if the title was made make sure it can be assigned to other people in case Croc gets demoted/leaves and not just a rank made for him.
