Staff has dealt with problems in front of them, no sit was needed to be called since they were right there to deal with it. There were times minges came on to the server and a staff member was able to take care of it. Harassment isnt good no matter who it is.

+1 good person, never really minges if any at all, at least i havent seen. He is on usually in the mornings at least for me when no one is really on and so he can create events for the few people on at the time towards when it gets to uptime
