gonna have to -2 this. The player interview is really small and has very little substance and you have no previous administration experience (or maybe you just didnt fill it out correctly) if you update the player interview and add some more effort to it i am willing to reconsider my vote.

As Mojang said the event seems to be a simple EXP event. you added some story points which helps it a bit but the story line needs to work as a raid event so it can be used to judge if you pass your trial (make it something you can run on your own so you can be evaluated)

+3, as Estrella said Hope used to be extremely toxic but in the past few months i've noticed a huge improvement in attitude. I believe he deserves a chance to prove himself.
