+2 Is this even a question? Kale is really active, knows the rules, he loves to help people from what I have seen, you're good under pressure just as stated by everyone else, you're just overall amazing for the position as staff.

Neutral I have only just met you today and this is actually the first time I have ever seen or spoken to you. You seem pretty chill. I would recommend spending more time within the community before applying again if this application does get denied.

-1 Not sure where you have been lately but I haven't seen you at all. Nor do I know who you even are. I recommend getting more known within the community and staying active before applying for staff.

+2 Although his application may be short... He has been trying to get active again and getting his name around the community. His last application got denied due to him just coming back and applying. But he waited his time and got more known. Theseus is active, knows the rules, has a pretty good...
