In terms of things being abused someone being stuck with cuffs and someone not following fear RP one is a lot more frustrating to deal with

Rework all the models to have headshot hitboxes and make it so all CCs are required to have them. And that would make headshots do more damage consistently

This map last time we did it was the best experience I have ever had on this server. That time was an even more bare-bones version of the map that didn't even have any of the bases, we made our own.
