-1 troopers arent meant to be able to 1v1 jedi and sith, they are a power in numbers type of class. Get someone in a crossfire with even 2 or 3 troopers and they stand no chance.

+1 havent seen rocky do anything mingey lately, he has been admin before. even if he wasnt great staff right before he left staff, I feel like he did pretty good work getting himself up to admin.

While I sort of agree with what you say. Reborn has a long history of perma banning people who bring up problems. Usually its because of how they bring them up in a toxic way. BUT on rare occasion, there has been people banned just for having a "wrong" opinion.
