Avoid any drugs/medication unless you talk to a doctor first. Taking things to sleep without needing them causes dependence to them to sleep and can result in worse issues down the line.

Due to the overwhelming negative responses and general toxic posts starting to form, this is locked and denied. Attempt to be active longer on the server and work to make positive strides with the community.
