if u just want to grind levels, then prestige. it gives nothing, but at least you can grind again if thats your only point.

30 more levels would hurt. You can get almost 4k health and do over 500 a heavy right now without faction leader buffs.

You have more than enough skill points to make a really good build right now, no need to more levels.
