i know it is unfair as my post compared the same situation being handled differently based on bias

you have been vac banned
alot of players have been as well even banned from certain games

I do not judge others period, just the circumstances around them.

we can all see this guy deserves his chance as boomer did. hey boomer messed up but does not deny the fact he earned the shot.

So if we deny people based on some thing that you dont want to bring up, but because we point out the unfairness, then you come clean for your true reasoning.
-this is a good first step at being open and honest. responding would be nice but owning up to the situation would be just and is why others have posted in support of him.

All reasons stated were reasons for denial. Regardless of anything, his application was bad enough to where Id deny it almost no matter what unless he improved on it. He's not being denied because of a vac ban either. His cheating accusation was from the server and it was recorded and its highly suspicious. That's just another reason on why he should be denied but not the main reason.
