Regardless if they are crybabies. You are DC And they are not, You should imprint the image of you whooping that ass for not knowing you're DC. Then he will go to his friends and be like Hey, Shade Tano is a Asshole DC don't forget that. Problem solved.

Updating a text screen once or twice a week is way easier than constantly managing white lists, and new players wouldn’t have to worry about who dc are if you MADE A TEXTSCREEN. -1 stands

Because enforcers was made to stop minges and create an actual hold on capturing so people couldn’t just stall and stand still until their friends came to TK them that they called in TS. Council job is redundant aslong as there was a big ass textscreen, and trainers taught acolytes about it.
