i didnt refuse to give funkle the video i said it wasnt uploaded yet and that i would just upload and handle on forums rather than wasting more time in the sit.

It literally takes 3 minutes to upload a video and this takes far more time than a staff sit.

the video wasnt the sole reason i took it to forums, funkle told you multiple times before and after the situation was explained to give me the money and you refused, it didnt look like funkle was going to take meaningful action against you for scamming, as well as the video not being uploaded so i asked to end the sit and take it to forums.

No he wouldn't because it has always been the case that during raids activities like trainings, tryouts and duels are paused or redone after the raid. A raid happening during a duel is a interference, you don't see people walking into the PK Arena during duels with the possibility of them attacking you for this very reason.

We had already duelled for some time and like I said before, I rather just finish the duel so I can participate in the raid. So normally PK Duels or Wager duels are held in the Tat arena which ensures that there aren't any interferences, but we did the duel in the DA. The problem isn't Cazech being loud as a spectator, it's him being there while he's raiding us. In a PK duel there isn't a way for someone to run into the arena and possibly attack you, in this case I focused more on Cazech then the actual duel since Cazech is raiding us. I've never seen a duel of any importance resume during a raid. Should I have asked to pause the duel until after the raid? Possibly. But that still doesn't mean the duel was interupted by a raid. People don't seem to get that's very distracting to focus on dueling during a raid. Even if Cazech didn't directly interfer, which he kinda did by running through the DA, him being there during a raid is distracting enough.

The duel started at 0:45 during the video, and then the raid started at 1:10. Thats 25 seconds of dueling... Also if he bothered you that much then you should've told him to go away. Also if you were interrupted by someone being there, then you have the shortest attention span I've ever seen. I'd figure you'd have thicker skin than this, but obviously you don't if you were bothered by someone being there.

He walked in on your guys duel and realized u guys were dueling and stayed back until duel was over Czech didnt even attack when he walked in. If you were bothered by it so much why didnt u stop the duel and explain to romeo that u guys will have to restart the duel instead u didnt say anything and let the duel finish concluding in your death after which u denied him the money.

By the time u told him you weren't going to hand him the money you lost and he won the duel thus by the time of your death the terms of your agreement have been completed in his favor any modifications after that should be avoided and to me will be a scam

Our terms of agreement never included the raid that happened which messed with the duel in an unexpected way. I probably should've told him to stop the duel, which I had my reasons for which you can read in my previous posts, however this doesn't mean the duelled wasn't interrupted. The raid was unexpected and messed with the duel which is why I told him to redo the duel.

I probably should've told him to stop the duel, which I had my reasons for which you can read in my previous posts, however this doesn't mean the duelled wasn't interrupted. No Interference shouldn't be a set in the agreement since its common sense. I believe the rules don't state that you aren't allowed to interfere with a PK Duel but people understand that they aren't supposed to.
