Kice said he was doing wager duels, I told him I would do one, he tells me to come to DA, we fight normally and a raid is called on sith but no one interrupts our duel cazech just watches, Kice gets hit a couple times because he was talking but thats his own fault. He eventually loses the duel and refuses to give me the 250k. If he was bothered by cazech or the raid he should have told me mid duel and we could take note of health and pause until raid was over, but I didn't mind and it seemed kice didn't mind until AFTER he ended up losing. I took it into a sit and funkle tried telling him to give me the money but he refused and said cazech was why he lost and that he got hit while talking. but he didn't bring that up until after he already lost instead of asking to pause. Funkle didn't do anything about it so I said I would handle it on forums instead.

During any PK or Wager duel when someone interfers you redo the duel on the HP you had at the time. Even if Cazech didn't directly interfer he was still a obstacle standing in the middle of the DA and being anoyoing, also we were getting raided. Your issue was handled by a staff member who told you to redo the duel and even offered to give the money himself. You just wanted to start a issue for some reason and said you were just going to report me even though the staff wanted to handle the issue.

it seems to me it wouldnt have been a problem if you won the duel but because you lost you blamed it on ee

Both did happen, if you check the video you can see Cazech being anoyoing and running through the DA and in raids you're suppose to stop whatever you're doing and defend. In the staff sit Funkle told me pay him the credits, however after I told him we were getting raided and made the analogy that in PK duels if someone runs into the arena the duel is normally paused and continues after the issue has been dealt he offered to pay the money instead or to just redo the duel. Romeo wasn't satisfied with the solution so he asked Funkle to stop the sit so he could report me.

he wasnt running around. being annoying yes, but nothing changing the outcome of the duel.

+1, While Cazech was hooting and hollering from the door it was entirely on Kice. The closest Cazech got from interfering was at 2:28 where there might have been a body block but Kice still got the tick. And any comments made from Cazech when he first walked in was entirely up to Kice for a response. All in all, give Romeo the money.
