Honestly, all of the Arrowverse is good. Personally, I find the rankings of them as follows: Supergirl > Legends of Tomorrow > Arrow > The Flash.

IDK if this is on netflix, and again it's not a series, but there's a really good movie from the 40s called "The Treasure of the Sierra Madre". It's the main inspiration for the Dead Money DLC for new vegas, and if you don't mind dated audio and visuals, it's an extremely layered story with a lot of plot twists and good acting. it's also one of the few movies to have a 100% on rotten tomatoes
