Unable to sleep

I stayed up from 1am Saturday to 3am this morning.. Any tips?




(melatonin dont be working)

Avoid any drugs/medication unless you talk to a doctor first. Taking things to sleep without needing them causes dependence to them to sleep and can result in worse issues down the line.
